I found this place online looking to sell an old promise ring i bought a few years ago. I eagerly wanted to get rid of it because it was a gift for my ex-girlfriend who gave it back to me. I had no need for it, and i also wanted to get a new gift for my current girlfriend (and obviously didnt want to give her the ring). So I came in to get an estimate, and they offered a very fair price, but the better thing was that they also offered me to do a trade-in value. I decided to do that, and ended up trading in the ring for a couple of stud earrings worth the same price i got the ring for. That was more than i expected because I honestly wasnt expecting to get 1/3rd more of the value than i got it for. The other awesome thing was that they were very helpful in choosing what to get. Also, I came in 5 minutes before they were closing, and ended up staying 20 minutes after they closed trying to figure out what to get. They werent upset at all about it, and were very helpful. Very great business and polite/helpful people. Recommend going here

After buying my engagement ring last year I found some old jewelry and tried to sell them around town. After getting very poor offers I remembered that Arden Jewelers buys jewelry. The give me $300 more then the next highest offer. Thanks again Arden Jewelers. I got a great diamond engagement ring with no cash at Arden Jewelers in Sacramento. After going to a dozen jewelers in Sacramento I found out every one was willing to take my jewelry trade in if I would buy double the amount of its value. This is a game I did not want to play. Engagement ring shopping is frustrating for me because the rings I like are way over priced and the ones in my budget have issues. I had jewelry with a history I did not want but it was valuable. Arden Jewelers deal was the trade can be even with no money or I could get money back or add money to get a better ring. I found the perfect engagement ring that was an even trade and I made the deal. Angelo you are the man. The smile on her face when I pulled out the ring was worth all the work. Thanks.

I dealt mostly with Angelo at Arden Jewelers, and I have to say that this place really stands out. When looking around at many different jewelers, both independent and chain stores, I felt very comfortable here. He took the time to get to know me (and her) a little to help pick out the perfect ring. Other places felt low pressure, but there was zero pressure here. I could tell that my satisfaction was his priority, even if it means he didnt make as much from the sale. I couldnt recommend them enough, and wouldnt hesitate to to do business here again. In fact, I have. I picked up a set of earrings and had just as fantastic of a transaction.

The only place I will go for anything jewelry related. Angelo is very knowledgeable and there is never any pressure to purchase. He broke down all of four "Cs" and where my money would go the furthest. She was completely blown away by her engagement ring and I couldnt have been able to afford the same ring at a big box store. I now have a true friend in the diamond business. I have recommended several friends to take in trade in jewelry because I know they will be treated fairly.

- Great price for selling my Gold. I searched internet forums and was going to send it in, but doing it locally was much better. - No pressure, friendly service. If you dont like what they offer, take it back and walk away. - They will NOT damage your jewelry during the appraisal. They have a machine that sends a current to test the purity of the Gold. - Tip: BankAmerica is 1/2 block away on corner of Morse/Arden, so you can drop off your cash or check there right away.

Bought a ring for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary. The folks at Ardens were extremely professional and helpful in my selection. My wife was very excited to receive the ring and loves it. We had to have it resized and they really worked very hard to make sure my wife was satisfied. My wife and I would highly recommend Ardens for your next jewelry purchase.

Love this place! Everyone was friendly, prices were great, and they did a great job of resizing my ring in less time than they told me it would take. Very professional, gave me real advice on getting some diamonds I have set in a ring and didnt just tell me what would get them money, which most places do. I drove around the Sacramento area and found 5 places that buy jewelry. The lowest offered $100 and the highest Arden Jewelers offered $625. They were fast and professional and the whole process was really easy.Cash for jewelry means they pay for the whole jewelry not just the gold. Anyway they paid in cash. I was happy with the deal.

I thought it was a good selection, price, and staff. Since making the purchase, Ive also been very happy with the service on getting it re-sized. I would recommend this shop.

Offered highest price/evaluations in the area! I went to three stores before this one. Not one explained what metals where in my jewelry, how many carats/karats were in my jewelry, and how the price was calculated. They did that and more. They were open, honest, and down to earth.
