This place is horrible went to get a loan on some gold these guys are so shady he told me they dont buy gold by weight its a piece by piece, every other pawn shop will tell you what they will pay for gold is that even legal like so why do they wheigh it lol They treat people like there lowlife drug addicts trying to get a fix customer service was the worst there I ever ecperienced in my life. I recomend going to chesters on the same street like 2 blocks away. Crapital city offered me $7 on a pendant went down the street $20 no problem. I had alot more gold this is just a example of one piece of jewelery. This place is shady DO NOT SHOP OR PAWN HERE!

Wow This Place is a Joke!!! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, and I worked in fast food for 6 years. These clowns make the puerta rican man who dosnt speak a lick of english working the order register at Mc Donalds in innercity LA seem extremely helpful. I have been in there twice both times dissatisfied with employees attitudes and sarcasim. Just a few mins ago i tried to call them for a couple a questions and before being hung up on I astonished at the odasity and incompitence of the manager.

First of all, the excited review about the laptop and the bike and capital city pawn being "a great shop" is obviously written by one of the dirtbags associated with the shop itself. Its easy to find on this page. Its the only positive one that they have. If you like being insulted, treated like a drug addict, being offered pennies on the dollar for your items, and lied to, then by all means give CRAPITAL city pawn a shot!!! God I miss the motorcycle shop that used to be there. These guys blow.

I went into the Roseville facility the other day. I was met be someone behind the counter, the only description I can come up with for this gentleman is crack head. I had to say pass before he could even offer a deal. Compared to other businesses in the area this has got to be the worst. I would not even recommend this business to an enemy if I had one. Actually I would not have rated one star except for the fact you have to click on a star to leave a review

Im trying to refrain myself from cursing on this website. However, I had to get on the internet to express my feelings towards this pawn shop in Roseville. I hate this place, and I will never return because of how scumbag all the employees and owner is. I had the worst experience in my life stepping through their doors. I wish someone could take this place out and have it never return. Down with capital city loans! Those greedy self-fish bastards!

These guys are the biggest joke Ive ever seen! Exactly what everyone else said about them is true. I go in there with a 2 hundred dollar camera and get offered 25 bucks for it like I stole it and Im a tweaker! I wasnt even trying to sell it I was gonna pawn it till cause I needed some extra cash till payday. To get treated like a drug addict and I dont even drink is the biggest slap in the face Ive had in a while. DO NOT GO THERE!

This place is a damn joke. And all it took, was one worker that tried to rob me. Check this out, I wanted to sell a diamond key necklace. With paperwork and A copy of the real receipt. I got it from a well known million dollar company name HELZBERG DIAMONDS. LOL Homeboy told me "you might want to send that back or say something because its fake." That its worth $15 and feels bad that I paid in cash for the amount shown.

Im not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Ive been in there a few times when I needed a few extra dollars between paydays and they are always nice to me. Ive never been treated like an addict or anything by them. They give me a fair price for my items and when its time to pick up my stuff everything is the same as when I left it. I will continue to use this pawn shop if the need ever calls for it again.

I called and spoke with a Dominic..I explained to him that he bought my tv that was pawned by someone else...I had prove that it was mine and he stated not his problem. That I had to come in with the guy who pawned it with the ticket and pay to get it back. No help at all. Actually he was kind of a Di##. Now I have to fight to get whats mine back. This business should be closed down!

I recently went here to sell some gold and maybe buy some stuff. A guy named Javier helped me there. I had checked a couple different places to sell me gold at and Capital City by far beat there offers. I ended up getting a great deal on a new digital camera and some diamond earrings for me wife. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

They treated me respectfully and were honest. The store inside looks a bit dirty and cheap. Otherwise, I might be inclined to buy things there because prices are good. But with it looking so bad, its hard to trust that what I buy there has been taken care of. They should invest some money in making it look better.

This location is very friendly and they answered all of my questions. This was the first time Ive ever been to a shop like this one and they made me feel very comfortable. They gave a fair price for the items I took over. If you are in need of some quick funds, I highly recommend this location.

Didnt need to pawn or buy anything but the guy on the phone was super helpful snd gave me some advice on how to track down some of my stolen stuff. I doubt Ill ever need to use a pawn shop but if i did id be willing to try them.
