Cross posting from yelp! My now fiance went with Abla jewelers through the recommendation of a coworker. He was told that he would be treated like family- which I am sure is a standard line in sales- but with Abla he actually felt that he was. The bling-absolutely beautiful GIA certified diamond. It literally took my breath away when I saw it. We have previously shopped around all the major jewelry stores in Sac and have researched a ton online at bluenile and james allen and I am confident in saying we got a great deal! Fiances experience- I am not 100% on the details but I know he was able to communicate with Omar by text and would get prompt responses. Omar even offered to text in Spanish so I couldnt read it

As soon as I walked into the store I was helped. For someone who had not done their homework, they were very willing to explain the difference in their product. This was my first time at this store and it felt as if I had been friends with them for a long time. It was more than a jewelry store, it was the place to be to gear up for a special moment in your life. I left the store knowing more about diamonds than i thought I would ever learn. Your commercials ? Whats with the frequency adjusting with your commercials? I have to mute my TV every time your commercials come on, they are in fact, SO LOUD you can barely hear the guy talking. I so hope they outlaw that crap soon, just letting you know your commercials are way to damn loud. I never been to your stores, and never will, your commercials are so annoying I dont feel the need to support that annoying spot on TV.

These guys wont pay you gold price which doesnt make any since they will pay you a few hundred dollars below the price of gold theres not one place in Sacramento that does that every other place Ive been to has a live TV is soon as you bring in an ounce of gold if it is going for 1250 thats exactly what you will get these guys offered me around 1000 scam stay away
