I had a wonderful experience last week in the cafe section. Olivia was my point of contact and she was so helpful, patient and professional. I have just recently started visiting your store and have been pleased with the service I have received. I previously owned a small business for 14 years and striven to help my team understand the long term benefit of making a customer know they are appreciated. There is also the balance of letting the team know they are valuable and appreciated as well. I am making the time to send this because I know there are times the simple gesture of kind and courteous gestures are not always appreciated. Please let Olivia know her warm and inviting demeanor was refreshing and a nice break from the hustle and grind of the day.

I recently took a trip to Sprouts Farmers Market in Salt and I can honestly say Ive never had such a horrible experience at any retailer. The staff was rude, unknowledgable and I had a particularly bizarre incounter with one of the cashiers. I asked one girl for help and she left to find someone and never returned. When I later found her in the store and confronted her about it she apologized and said she would find out then never did. Not letting that stop me I found another clerk and asked him for help. It was an odd experience and I cannot for the life of me figured out why he kept laughing. Needless to say I was rather creeped out and I left shortly after his. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I love shopping at Sprouts, specifically for produce! The veggies and fruit are always fresh, the presentation is clean and well managed, inspiring me to use my new kitchen gadget, The Inspiralizer! There is always an employee at hand to answer questions and help me find something I need. Recently, I wanted Caviar, I went to 4 stores with no luck and finally found it at Sprouts! Also, the boneless/skinless chicken breasts and tenders are excellent, containing the least amount of sodium anywhere Ive checked. The bulk department is also fantastic, especially the gummy bears! LOL! Overall, Sprouts is my favorite small grocery store, with an amazing selection of staple and unusual foods!

I really like sprouts, I go every week. Sprouts provides good produce, a variety healthy options at affordable prices. I have purchased a lot of items that are "Sprouts brand" and have never had an issue. One thing I wish they could stay on top of; is the soup and the grab N go (when available). I go twice a week usually for the soup and a lot of the times its pretty much empty. Sometimes I have waited for the staff to fill, which could take 15 mins but really takes 30 mins (there goes my lunch). The grab N go is wonderful idea! there is always plenty of chicken but never enough sides.

Sometimes I buy supplements here, and receive well-meaning but unsolicited advice about whether or not I need the items in my basket. I dont know the qualifications of the employees stocking the supplements, but I dont visit sprouts for their medical advice. I had one particularly strange encounter where an employee spent a few minutes trying to dissuade me from purchasing something, then seemed exasperated when I didnt follow his advice.

Nice clean Sprouts location conveniently located off of 700 East. I have found their produce, coffee, and bulk goods to be fairly priced. Dairy, not so much. My only real complaint is that the checkout lines take kind of long. It wouldnt stop me going there all together, but I do try and go on off peak times (early in the morning).

Sprouts is a smaller grocery store, which I love. It doesnt carry a lot of the unnecessary items that a larger store may have. I always purchase my fruits and vegetables here because they are always fresh and are usually a competitive price. Lots of bulk items available and healthy options.

This is my favorite grocery store. I will drive way out of my way to get my groceries from this location. The produce selection has a huge variety and always so fresh. The staff is always friendly and the place is always so clean. The prices are cheaper than most health food stores.

Love this store. It is like Whole Foods, but with better quality, far better prices (better than most stores actualy), great customer service and not at a pretentious. Hmm, so nothing like Whole Foods. Gotten to the point where 90% of our shopping is done at sunflower or harmons.

Seems like their vegetables expire a lot faster than other grocery stores. Only buy if youre going to use them the very same or next day, the absolute latest. During peak hours, it is atrocious due to only having 3 checkout lanes open. I avoid this place as much as possible.

This market used to be one of our main shopping store when we used to live close by, they have always good products and can find things here that might not find in some other sprouts market, people are wonderful and kind, the store is clean and well kept.

BEST GROCERY STORE IN SLC! Has everything we want and is a nicer and 1-stop shopping Trader Joes. I always feel at trader joes we have to stop somewhere for an ingredient we couldnt get a trader joes, not the case here. You can get everything

Come here for low price, quality Produce! Go to Trader Joes for just about everything else if you value a good quality to price ratio. Go Smiths if youre just going for cheap...Go to Whole Foods if youre rich or want to pretend like youre rich.

Sprouts has fresh produce, meat, seafood, and a great selection of healthier foods. They also have a good bulk foods section and a really great vitamins/supplements selection. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly. Great store!

In sprouts you can always get the best deals on vegetables as well as fruits. Other items can a little bit pricy comparing to smiths or Walmart by a dollar or less. But if you want a deal of veggies this is your destination.

Three out of four times, ridiculously long checkout lines. Whole Foods Market and Natural Grocers both always have shorter lines, plus a much better organic selection. Two and a half star rating for Sprouts Market.

Great selection of fresh food, abysmal service at the deli counter. The guy working was so frustrated with answering a question about salami that I simply walked away and bought the prepackaged instead.

Good sales on produce! Usually really fresh and yummy. The rest of the store is hit or miss -- Smiths is usually cheaper for dry goods / staple items. But the people are always super nice here

Its a little pricey, but the quality and selection are good. Im just starting to think about buying organic foods and am suffering from sticker shock (theyre more expensive), but will be back.

Amazing quality produce at the best prices in downtown. The selection is always great, and the staff members are always willing to help. Certainly a more affordable version of Whole Foods.

This place is amazing, I used to buy in a of the stores in Albuquerque NM. But now Im sad because I move and I try to look a least one store here in Ogden Utah but there none.

Some things are less expensive than elsewhere, other things are more expensive than elsewhere. Not the place to do all of your shopping, but a great first stop for organics.
