Sometimes these stores have deals that are too good to pass up. On those occasions, be prepared to deal with tons of crazy people, mostly mexicans, that are willing to fight you for those tomatoes that are 3lbs/$1. The place is always, ALWAYS packed to the max. And the parking lot? SUICIDE!! I always park way in the back by panda express. Another thing I hate about this place is that there are no baggers. You have to bag your groceries your self. I understand it saves money, and its not really that big of a deal if your only picking up a couple things but if you get tons of stuff like we usually do, then it sucks cause people are getting impatient cause your in the way. Another thing, the people that work the registers are RUDE!! Every employee I have ever encountered in this place is RUDE!! Its as if they have no people skills. These 15 year old kids texting while they are waiting for you to pay and then get an attitude when you ask a question about a certain price and to top it all off CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH can get a job yet I a college student with perfect grades and great social skills cant get a job?But thats another rant...The deals here can be good but if thats not what your here for, go somewhere else. Oh, and if you have more than ten items, dont get in the ten items or less line.

This is Adriber I will always provide the best and honest reviews. After hearing about this place much I decided to give it a try. The parking space are very narrow if you drive a nice car the odds of getting a door dent is pretty high. Walking inside I did notices the price on some fruit were lower than other stores. Besides that I personally didnt think the price on the other items werent that competitive. The store needed some serious cleaning. I pass by the sweet bread also known as Mexican bread section. And it made my stomach turn as I saw flies just going from bread to bread. And the customer service is not any better I dont think they even know what that means. Someone mention is because is a Mexican store. In my opinion thats not a valid excuse for poor service. I dont care if the store is Mexican, Asian, American everyone has the right to expect good if not great customer service. So bummed out drove so far for this place. As always Im the firm believer of quality over quantity. This is my review and remember always look for adriber for the best and honest review.

Les falta personal en la carniceria en las cajas registradoras,estube 1:10 minutos esperando en la caniceria y 42 minutos en la caja,no quieren pagar mas personal por la ambicion de jacer mas dinero con menos gente,me voy al food city o a cualquier otro lugar,este lugar es pesimo con toda extencion de la palabra.

Prices are good. Unfortunately, the majority of the employees are the most rudest and ill mannered people i have ever seen. Any other grocery store goes out of their way to greet and smile at you. Additionally, most stores do their stocking at night. Not El Super, they think nothing of blocking off the isles so you cant get through. I have written and attempted to call their corp office in Calif. There is never a response. You wounder why if i feel this way??..its pretty much because im forced to. Thats another story for another day, lol.

We visit this location for good produce and meat sales. Self bagging is no big deal. We do that at Winco and Food City too. Keeps my squishy stuff from getting heavy stuff put on top of it. This is a store that caters to Mexican clientele. They act the way stores in Mexico act, go to Rocky Point and you will experience the same. If you want employees to kiss your butt, go to an American heavy white customer store. Those stores push employees to meet high American standards... Thats why they are not in mostly minority neighborhoods.

Tienen una carnicera que es gordito y chaparra, pues ella es una hija de su..... es bien grosera y maleducada. Y SUPER lenta. Tardé más de 1 hora nomas en la carniceria. Necesitan correrla

I like this store for some of the deals especially in the meat dept. But its very crowded , has long lines , mornings are bad because they are restocking shelves and they literally take up the whole aisle where you have to go around or skip the aisle all together. Produce section is usually messy , produce on floor , water etc. But will go when having a sale despite all the complaints :)

Lo que no me gusta que uno se tiene que empaquetar su propio mandado... Y abren muy pocas cajas y por eso se asen muchas líneas a la hora de cobrar mejoren eso por favor..

They do not have AC with this heat and does not let the customer knows that there AC is out its been like that for a couple of days I almost slept with some beans that were on the floor and I told the floor worker on product they didnt do nothing supervisors and managers are not good at their job theyre not well trained and thats what I think about El Super

To start off this is a MEXICAN GROCERY STORE thats why its called EL SUPER. Here you come to find very good deals not to check out whi put a snile on their face when yiu look at them and so what if you bag your on stuff FOOD FOR LESS use to do this as well if you dont want to be in a store full of mexican then get the add and go price match at walmart

I have a love/ hate for this place its always packed full and they do not have enough people working there. It always have endless line on every section. And they always seem to be out of stuff around the store. But I love the fresh produce and deli, their own brand tortillas are very delicious.

The market is clean and bright. They offer a good variety of foods and their prices are amazing! Wednesday its almost impossible to get to the meat counter because of the sales and things get a bit scary in the produce section on Wednesday, too, but their sale prices are unbelievable!

Great produce, crazy crowded meat department that only speaks spanish, fish market, cheese market, they have great prices on fresh meat, fresh cheese and fresh vegetables, but be ready to order in spanish or youll get ignored. You bag your own groceries; as it should be.
