Needless to say the wrong place to have work done. Excellent place to buy vehicles but not have service done. I have come in multiple times to order/get parts and customer service has been excellent. I needed new tires put on my Honda 250es 3 wheeler (1985). I didnt have all of the tools necessary to do it myself so I took it in to have them done for me. I brought the rims with old tires still on them for directional purposes and gave them my new tires that I wanted put on. I came back the next day to pick them up and took them home lined them up and realized 1 tire had the tred pattern facing the wrong way. I took the rim/tire back and asked them nicely if they could flip the tire around. I need these tires for Sunday and dropped them off Thursday but when they told me they would have them ready on Monday I was a little upset. The service department messed up and expect me to wait another 2 business days for them. No, all I was told was that the rims wouldnt fit right on the machine so they had to do them by hand and it took them 2 hours. What do I come back with rims bent beyond my comprehension and 1 tire still facing the wrong way and a bad mood. I have worked in automotive service and if I messed up like this that customer was my priority and everything else had to wait, but not in the case of this dealership "we have other things we need to get done, so you are going to have to wait." To sum things up I will still by parts and maybe a motorcycle eventually from here but never will I take my equipment in to have it worked on. Now I have to scramble to find some other place to get it done or hope my friend can help me out.

Best dealer in Michigan Went to endless dealerships and found they all had one thing in common, under trained salespeople that couldn’t seal a deal if you waved cash under their nose…… then I googled Yamaha dealers and found speed nation power sports, a man answered the phone and said “thank you for calling speed nation, this is Nick, how can I make your day better? I was rendered speechless…. Ive never been asked how my day could be made better, i had already been yanked around by what seemed like dealer around so what would one more hurt. Nick took the time to listen to what I was looking for asked me questions that would help me find the right machine for my needs. He was spot on then when I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by a salesperson I test drove a few of the side by sides and made up my mind without any pressure from a greedy punk sales jerk. I was introduced to the manager to go over finance options and turns out it was Nick the guy I talked to on the phone that was so helpful I made a three and a half hour trip to see. He got me a great rate, and a killer deal on a refundable warranty that only raised my payments a few dollars a month, I will tell anyone who is in the market to get ahold of Nick at speed nation for a great deal, he is the man!!!

The worst repair service ever. I took my wave runner there paid the diagnostic fee and they told me nothing other than what I already knew. I had no power.I was told I it was the key switch which made no sense and I could pay more for them to continue try to find the problem or replace the switch which was not in stock and was going to cost a few hundred bucks.I chose to pick up my machine when I did my tow straps were missing. No one cared..Finally they agreed to give me some cheap strap to get it home and they would look for mine. I never heard from them. Took my machine somewhere else and the battery power and starter power were switched. Connected them correctly and it fired right up.I went back talked to the manager about the incompetence of the diagnostics.Any one who has any experience of ever opening one of these up should have seen the power to the battery was not connected to the battery.DUH. I asked for my money back. The manager doesnt seem to care that they do bad work or no work at all . Would never go there again!!

These guys are amazing! This was my first motorcycle purchase and I ended up going to a few dealers because it seemed no one wanted to sell me a motorcycle ( rude staff, no call back, and so on). After my experience with a dealership in Ann Arbor i really had lost most of my want and excitement for getting one but my wife and her father told me to come give these guys a shot. Long story short these gentlemen got me on a Brand new 2017 Kawasaki ninja 300 and put my friend on an YZF- R3 in 1 day when everyone else was saying it would take a week or more. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and I felt like they really tried to help me get excited about my purchase the guys at the service counter were also very helpful and and hooked us up with a discount on some gear. Thanks again to the whole team over at speed nation you guys are rock stars! I will not go anywhere else to buy or service my motorcycle. We will be back next season for 2 Kawasaki 650s

I went in to order a new helmet and look at a few parts. They had some gloves marked cheap. So I grabbed those too. They tried to not honor the price. They said they would call a manager and left me sitting there for a half hour. During that time I talked with multiple people there. They just gave me the runaround. Terrible customer service. Tim Thomas ended up coming out of his office acting mad at me like I did something wrong. He said he wasnt going to sell me the gloves. He said I was just there to waste his time and get something for nothing. He said that he didnt have the time for me, because he had a business to run. I said, I have a business to run also, he said, and I quote, " I highly doubt that is true, otherwise you wouldnt be here". So they knowingly ignored the law and insulted me by calling me a liar. I have never seen a business ignore the law and treat a return customer so poorly.

Called Speed Nation Powersports to schedule my break in service for the new Polaris I purchased from them. They charge $275 for the break in service and a differential fluid change. Really high price. I called Extreme Powersports in Gaylord and their price was $150. I also called C & C and talked with Phillip the assistant service manager. Their price is $250. I decided to take it to C&C because of location. While servicing the Polaris C&C could not gain access to the Diff fill plug because the bracket blocks the plug. Speed Nation installed the bracket and never told me this would be an issue when I needed to check the diff level or add fluid to diff.. I am not going to do business with Power Nation again again. This business is simply very poorly managed.
