For the last couple of months Ive visited the Lawrenceville store. Ive purchased a helmet, gloves, boots, stands, decals, lubricants, etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A couple of times Ive had to return some items. Cycle Gears policy was honored, no questions asked. This beats shopping online and the hassle of returning items via mail. CGs prices are generally competitive and their specials pretty much unbeatable. Unless they dont have your brand or size, this is the place to get your gear.

the prices are fair. at the time of my visit, a BILT leather & mesh combination jacket was on sale. my sales consultant took the time to really access my needs and help me to the best of his ability even though Im picky. I even picked up a heat away shirt for $10 or so (with purchase). the store has great people who care about your safety. never at any point did I feel neglected or mislead. I will definitely return one day.

I have been doing biz with these folks for about a year now. They have the best customer service around! Not only do they WANT to help you, but they are VERY knowledgeable and straight-forward. Theyll let you know if you can get something on sale, help you pick out what you do need, and even tell you honestly if you dont need something. I dont know where else you can find such personable honest service.

Best place in town to shop for helmets, tires, jackets, gloves and bike parts like cables, brakes and fluids. Jordan and Nick are the best, they will go out of the way to make a customer happy. A refreshing change from the sullen and snooty people that seem to invariably be working at the dealers. And my girlfriend digs the pink helmet/jacket and matching gloves!

went there today, 1-13 16. I live about 2 hours north of this store but was in town and told to go to this one for gloves I was looking for. Service was excellent. the clerk did not try to push the gloves on me that I did not want. product is exactly what I wanted. wish it was not so far away.

Nick went out of his way time and time again to help me with a pretty big purchase here. I was really surprised at his attitude towards customer service- who else even does that any more?!? Really good experience, ask for Nick, you wont regret coming here.

great place to get the things that you might need for riding and repairing your cycle . ive gotten tires there and stuff for oil changes and tune up,plus helmets and gloves. have all kind of riding gear both off road and on

Have been going there for 3 years and have always had great customer service .If you go on the weekends it can be a little crowded at times . so I try to go mid week. tire prices and mounting service are the best around .

I have been shopping at Cycle Gear in Lawrenceville for a few years now. They are always extremely helpful. Prices have been very competitive. If something was not in stock they are happy to order it and get it in fast.
