Just went in to look for helmets. They had been very nice to me previously but this time was very different. I went in looking for bell helmets. He said they didnt carry the brand. I asked if they had something similar. He said they did. I told him I was interested in a certain design bell had. He the told me they dont appreciate me trying things on and buying elsewhere. He walked away and refused to help me. At this point I was astonished. I told him that I had purchased saddle bags and all types of other items from his store. I was a customer. I guess he figures that by not helping me that would somehow endear me to use his store again. I can understand that he doesnt want someone browsing to buy elsewhere but he didnt carry it and I am going to buy it anyway. So He could have been helpful to a customer. Its not my fault he didnt carry what I wanted but at least I came to his store first and not the Internet. Unfortunately he helped me make my decisions in the future. I would avoid biker rags. Harley down the street and the Polaris dealer across the street were both happy to help me even though they didnt make a sale either. Customer service isnt a selective practice. Either you have or you dont and biker rags doesnt!

Went in to buy a Ram mount for my phone. I saw they had them priced at $80, so I pulled up cycle gear and revzilla and showed them they had them for $60. I asked if they would match the price (not too much of a difficult request, right?). The owner said cycle gear is around the corner. I was trying to shop local and give this company my business while being a smart consumer. Because of this $20 you couldnt spend to purchase my loyalty now you have none. Because of the owners attitude biker rags will never get a penny from me. I will tell everyone I know to just go to amazon, revzilla, or cycle gear instead. I drove around the corner and got the same thing from cycle gear 2 minutes later.

We have been to biker rags many times. No not every week, but we have also found that they are not interested in helping others. And once again it was over trying to find a new helmet. They stood behind the counter and didnt offer any help. We have bought several things from them. So I considered myself a customer. At this point never again will I ever go in the store and will gladly tell others that we have told about biker rags about our recent experience in hopes they will not feel unappreciated as a consumer ready to spend money in their store.

Bought a Stealth Vertice modular helmet in February 2015. Seven months later it developed a problem that was covered under the helmet 5-year warranty. Manufacturer said they usually work warranty issues through the dealer. I took the helmet to Biker Rags, and they handed me a new helmet and said theyd handle it from there. Easy as pie. Didnt have to wait for my repaired helmet to come back. Rode off wearing my new helmet on my head and wearing a smile on my face. Id call that excellent customer service.

Terrible experience for a rider just entering the world of motorcycles. I was excited to go to Biker Rags but the lack of customer service and rude "assistance" had me walking out the door soon after arriving. Really wanted to look at the bikes and merchandise, but if you dont ride a Harley it seems they arent interested in your business. But thats ok. I can go elsewhere and buy my jacket and gloves.

Ive shopped at Biker Rags for years. They have a great selection, great prices, and have always been very helpful. They play cool tunes and display vintage motorcycles throughout the store. I attend most of Biker Rags Swap Meets and Fun Runs. Its a store for motorcyclists run by people who ride. Thanks Jeff and Pam for providing bikers like me with an awesome store!

Great little shop, friendly people working there, and a really good selection. Some prices are a little steep but they have a large section of the store for specials. My only real complaint is that they are heavily into the skull and flames motif and thats not what Im into, but if you are, then this is your place.

I dont know why there are so many 1 star reviews for Biker Rags! Jeff and Pam are always there to help, But not overbearing. Very friendly and good prices. I would highly recommend Biker Rags to any one that rides! Also they graciously let us use the parking lot for a swap meet. Cool guys and galls in my book

Stopped in on a wim best biker gear in 3state (NC,sc, tn)Pam and Jeff are greatest couple ive met in a long time. Was looking for a patch but not in stock. Pam went on line found it e-mailed me same day with info. Bought the only one left. Great place. A must stop when in Knoxville.

Shysters. Bought a helmet that came with Bluetooth gear and they took everything out but the helmet when I wasnt looking. Yes, it was there because I checked when dude first brought the helmet out. Save yourself the time amd aggravation and find somewhere else to buy from.
