The service department is a joke. Our side by side, which weve had for less than a year, caught fire about two months ago. When we called to tell them and to schedule service, they showed no empathy or concern that it caught on fire. They made us wait two weeks before they could service it. Our machine has been there for NEARLY TWO MONTHS now! They promised us it would be ready on multiple dates, then as those dates came, they told us the parts still arent in. Eventually, they told us that they dont order parts for customers until they meet a certain dollar threshold to qualify for free shipping from CanAm. How do they promise dates to customers for pickup when they dont even know when theyll be placing their order?!? Its such a selfish business practice to save Two Jacks a few dollars. We finally were told our machine was ready so we went to pick it up, only to find out it is stuck in 4 wheel drive, which wasnt even an issue when we dropped it off to them! And, they ALSO forgot to order one of the parts so now we need to wait even longer for that...which mind you, the parts department just promised us would be coming in 3-4 business days. Again, how could they possibly promise a date to us? Ill be expecting to pick up that part in 1-2 months...or never...because theyll probably forget to order it a second time.

I have purchased three new bikes from this dealer. The sales and parts guys are great, however dont expect any service on your bike if anything goes wrong. My new bike has severe engine noise do to what they think may be piston slap, they said it would need new pistons and cylinders, which would be covered by warranty but they dont want to do it until winter. So i cant go on any trips this summer because they dont want to fix my bike which is under warranty. I cant believe they are still in business. Im taking my bike to goshen ny next week and they said they will take care of it.If it let me review them as less than one star i would!

Just the thought of going to this place makes me sick. As soon as the new owners took it over it went to hell. I bought two atvs and a bike from them and the experience was okay. They couldnt care less about my business. The service department is HORRIBLE!! I brought my bike down to get fixed and they never fixed it!! AND CHARGED ME! They have had my one quad now in and out for the past month because they cant fix it and dont know what the hell they are doing. I will NEVER buy anything or take my machines for service at Two jacks again. I started going to a place In Bloom and they are 100000000 times better.

I bought a Triumph from them yes they told me that they were not going to be a Triumph dealer anymore but they did not tell me that the closes Triumph dealer is more than an hour away incase of warranty issues which i have. My bike is a 2013 and they left the same factory battery in it and it eventually died and they gave me no help there but charge a useless battery. Thats not the warranty issues Im having it something electrical. Partially my fault on the subject because could have avoided them in the first place but come on man! Oh yeah $112.00 for an oil change.

We purchased a 2016 Can Am Defender... WE LOVE IT!! we were originally looking at a Polaris at another dealer... But the display, dealership, pricing, and overall experience is what won us over (oh the machine too!) Chris was great to work with as too was Monica in the finance office!! Im a sales manager at a local Car Dealership in the area, and I know that the overall dealership experience is what wins customers for life and Two Jscks... you sure did good! Thank you for the exceptional service! We love our Defender!

Great selection of vehicles however if you are not buying a bike they want nothing to do with you. Went in to check out possible second bikes and a salesman came up and said ill be right back and never came back after he realized i wasnt buying. Doesnt bother me but if youre just looking go to Warhorse in Dunham

Do not finance anything from them! I would reccomend avoiding this place all together if possible. They didnt ask me any of my preferances for my loan, and were uninformed about the terrible bank they got my "great interest rate" from. Do no use Synchrony bank, this is a negative review for them as well.

Im not sure about purchasing from them however their parts department ive never had a problem with. I have an old suzuki bike and they are able to get me the parts straight from the dealer i love it! Thanks 2 jacks with out you i would never be able to find the RIGHT parts online!

Sales people great when buying - forget about you after. Customer service keeps people coming back. They lost my business. Buyer be ware. Visit Rudy Palmers first and you will never buy or service SXS or ATV anywhere else.
