Two weird experiences with their service department. Both times it seemed like theyd really rather not deal with fixing a flat. Thats fine, but maybe they shouldnt offer the service, or should double the price so Ill stop calling. The first time they did a fine job with the tire, but seemed like I was really making their lives difficult. The second time I was told "our tire machine is kind of messed up." That was it. Im not sure what that means, but I took the hint and said Ill call someone else.

They are fine if you need a spark plug, tube, or poor quality motorcycle gear, but they are way too concerned with what they can get the cheapest and make the most money off, than they are with getting you the best product.

In the past, I was able to go in with a wheel, and have it changed while I waited. Now, they cant even get it done in the same day. Very disappointing....although, they are the only place open on Sunday.

No name brand gear. (Or very little). Nothing sized for adults. Any color you want as long as it is black. Call before going. If you dont you will regret it I promise.

Awesome friendly staff. Ive bought many things here. Little pricey but great quality. Had a tire changed here as well. Again very helpful staff. I love this place!

I drove 20 miles to pick up some sale items from their internet ad. Clerk said he "didnt know nothin about that" and refused to honor the discount. Screw them.

I like the 5 year replacement guarantee. Good bargains on some products and you get to try them on rather than taking pot luck on internet sales.
