The assistant manager, Tammy, was completely incompetent and rude when I went in to buy a new battery and have it installed. She was condescending towards me, would make fun of me, and would randomly go off to chat with other employees or help other customers while she was in the middle of helping me. What should have taken at most 30 minutes took an hour. When I asked if someone would install it for me she said, "Well theres only two of us here.." The store was practically empty, she just didnt want to do it and kept putting it off. I dont know cars well and went into this store with the expectation that whoever was helping me was trained in the area (after all, it is an auto shop..), but Tammy was obviously clueless as to what she was doing. She gave up on installing the battery after fumbling around for 5 or so minutes and sent another employee to help me without another word. The other employee got my old battery out and the new one in really quick, he was seriously a lifesaver. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Tammy and I dont understand why the shop allows her to continue acting like this. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I would have to say. I give then 10 starts. Have always helped every customer with the same respect as the next gentlemen in a bad mold because of his vehical. Been coming to this exact one for more than likley 8 years now no a time has gone by with frustration to this story 10/10 in my book

This place is great for anything automotive. Especially ask for Anthony V. What a great employee and example of what all customer service reps. should be like. Hats of to you and thank you for all the help with the Tranny on my 99 Mazda 626. You saved me a bunch of money!

Bad customer service provided by Tammy, bad attitude. I did not know what I needed for my car and try to talk to her but she just made fun of me. When I asked her for her name she ignore me and I had to look at her tag. Will never come to this location again.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is seldom a long line, and representatives are willing to come to your vehicle to help check fluid, change wipers, check the size of your steering wheel, or help you locating other things in your engine.

I had my truck battery tested and was told it was dying (on the last of its life). Had it retested at an orileys store, along with the starter & alternator only to find out everything was fine. Typical taking advantage of a woman.
