Let me start by saying this place doesnt even deserve 1 star, you might think you are saving money by going to this place but at the end you end up paying double or triple in the long run. My son bought a radiator in this place, which broke down a couple of days after it was installed. The radiator started leaking and over heated is car a few times which messed up the heads of the motor. He went back to exchange it and was attended by a worker by the name Vince who told him the radiator wasnt from this place. My son had his receipts and Vince stated that he needed to send it out to see if it was from one of his manufacturers. My son ended up buying a new radiator because obviously he needed it and the one he was returning was going to take awhile for the inspection. And this incompetent and unprofessional Vince refused to replaced it or refund the money. My son went back a few times to see if he was going to get his money back and this guy Vince just kept on giving him the run around. I went to find out what was going on, manager wasnt in, I spoke to the assistant manager who didnt even look in to the situation or even inspect the radiator, very, very unprofessional staff but I wouldnt be surprise because the owner is the same. He refused to speak with me. As owner if there is a situation going on and his unprofessional and incompetent employees who are handling certain situations, step in and handle it. Let me stop and tell you that Not everyone is unprofessional at this place, a very professional young men who unfortunately I didnt asked for his name, step in and did what a supervisor suppose to do. Inspectted the radiator and took him one minute to see it was one from one of their manufacturers and from that point he helped out. Wow I cant believe what I had to go thru even having proof that we bought it there. That tells you that you are dealing with either a very incompetent person or this is just the way they do business in this place. Either this guy Vince is an incompetent or he, the assistant manager and owner dont care and have no concept of what a customer service means or this is the way this place conduct business. Thanks to this other employee we got reimbursed for the radiator but now I am considering into taking them to small claim, keep in mind we ended up spending a lot more money in fixing the motor and other expenses due to this situation . I will never go back, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place the parts are very poor quality and it could be refurbished who knows . Owner, assistant manager and some of their employees have the worst customer service a business can have. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME in this place. ___________________________________________ Payam, this is on response to your response. You remember I went inside your office and you refused to speak with me. I dont who is the liar either your employees who provided wrong information and said somebody else was the owner, else you are the liar. Because you were in the administrative office. This proved one more time what kind of people run this business.

The prices are really good but thats about it. Other than that its horrible, youre standing in line for at least an hour or two (not an exaggeration) due to a small parts counter and limited staff members. Out of all the people working there only one or two guys actually know about cars and what theyre doing the rest screw up alot. They keep giving you the wrong part so i suggest you bring the part you need replaced to match it otherwise if you take the wrong one home guess how long your gonna be waiting to return or exchange it. Also do NOT lose your receipt or your screwed they dont do nothing without it. And lastly almost everyone except for one person there has an attitude, they are rude, and seem like they hate their jobs, they wanna just get rid of you asap and to top it off they are slow AF with retrieving your parts and looking them up, thats why there is always such a long line. Also as a heads up they have the smallest damn parking lot that is shared with like 5 other businesses so goodluck finding parking. Cheap prices, easy to follow website, everything else....pure garbage. Id rather pay more for better friendlier service with a smile than a few bucks cheaper and waste my whole day in line then attitude when you get up to the front just to end up going home with the wrong part. Advise bring your Vehicle Vin# with you just in case so they can find your car lol. Good luck my beautiful people

CUIDADO! si crees que vas a ahorrar al comprar en esa tienda te recomendaria que lo pienses bien, lo digo por experiencia personal . hace unos dias mi esposo y yo fuimos a compar un starter que no funciono y al intentar devolverlo porque salio mejor el que traia el carro ( 14 anos de antiguedad) no nos quisieron devolver el dinero aun teniendo la nota . acabamos pagando esa pieza y sin el reembolso. no vale la pena hacer largas filas por partes de segunda y aparte esperar mas tiempo del previsto para arreglar el carro si la pieza sale inservible,. muy mala experiencia en esa tienda .

Tienen buenos presios el serbisio malisimo los empleados párese que están en su casa demasiado groseros párese que te están a siendo un favor se ban a buscar la parte se quedan platicando con sus atroz compañeros te dan las partes equibocadas y todavía tienen el sinismo de desir que les diste la informasion mal pero a la hora de serrar faltando 15 minutos quieren vagar la cortina y d tedisen que ya yegaste tarde o que no hay la parte no es una sola es que me a pasado tengo 5 años yendo 3 o 4 beses por semana en diferente horario el negocio esta muy bien el problema son los empleados

WARNING: Place sells cheap parts that can be defective before you even purchase it! I bought an Ignition Distributor where the pins were already cracked and broken! The mechanism did not spin either so the whole unit was already defective from the beginning. Not only did they deny me a refund, they blamed me for breaking it saying you broke it. "Mark" said he was the store owner, but his confirmation through an online order was named after "Casey." So Im thinking he lied about his name so he cant be written down for a complaint. But thats not the point either way, customer service was terrible, slow lines (he was sluggish and not moving fast to get rid of the huge line either), and they sold me a broken distributor for $125. Talk about a scam. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT FAKE CHEAP PARTS (NO NAME BRAND, NO WARRANTY, NO REFUNDS, NO SERVICES!) I took my chances on cheaping out; never again.

I Have shop @ AutoZone Advance auto , Bumber to bumper and Napa long story short when I went to the other places they did not under stand what i needed and didnt care to even do the research in a book to find the part. When I walked in to Auto tech the guys were running around pulling parts answering the phones they were busy has hell. One guy stops and says to me Hello welcome to auto tech what brings you in. I told him and he had written it down went to the counter gave it to his countermen and he had it all looked up for me before he even got off the phone with is last customer . These guys work hard and Know what there doing Maybe thats why there so busy. If anything they could use more people working the counter so there less waiting but I am still more than pleased. By the way that guy is a real professional Thank you Hanz,Juan and i cant forget Bill. Forever your customer Alex
