Really good customer service for a parts store. Giving a review because of my experience with the other places, PepBoys & OReilly auto parts do not come close to what these people do as common sense goes for people skills and knowledge about there products... Youd think some things are simple: if you dont know, ask. Like not knowing you actually do have a product when you tell the customer you dont because a) you dont know what it is b) you dont know you have it. Autozone people are just better trained or they have a better hiring process. Its really nice knowing I dont have to settle for a lesser business... Also, they have really long loan a tool programs, think its like 30 days. OReilly is 2 days, and PepBoys is 5.

Place is cool got parts most of the time. When they ask is there anything else they can do to help.. Dont say you want them to come home with you to help fix the car its a joke they dont like. Anyway the service is good helpful and stuff.

Wow, these guys (and girls sometimes) really know their stuff. Theyre very well-informed. Most of all, theyre beyond helpful, theyll go out to the parking lot to look at or assist with whatever problem youre dealing with.

I like getting and using the rewards points. I go here because its the closest to me. As usual, you need to know what youre looking for and cant assume that the employees will know. Their computer isnt always right.
