TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT HELPFUL, DONT CARE TO INFORM YOU UNLESS YOU ASK, NOT WELCOMING, NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, JUST ROBOT WORKERS, WASTED MY TIME. I rarely write reviews. But this one pushed me to do one. I needed a rattle spray can for a small touch up job on a car door. With the color code from the manufacturer , the paint had to be mixed from auto paint store. While there are several of these stores around, not all have the ability to put it in a spray can. Also, the majority of those paint stores close at 5PM. At the time, traffic doubled to tripled the amount of time it took to drive anywhere. So after two different stores, google helped me find a NAPA in brea. so I called them to confirm they mixed paint and put it in spray can. It was another 30 min drive; farther away from where I lived. But at least they closed at 7pm. When I was finally there, I gave Robert the color code. While searching for it he mentioned that I may have it ready Saturday. But I insisted that it will only take him 5 minutes today. He then came back with 4 different color and said that I need to come back tomorrow in the day to figure out which one match best. But I picked one of them without hesitation and asked him for one spray rattle can. Robert, gives me a quote of $105 for 3 CANS MINIMUM!? I contested that 1 can was usually around $25. Even 3 elsewhere would be cheaper. Although I asked him several times to only sell me one, HE REFUSED TO "OWNER POLICY. " (YET NOTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IN THEIR STORE DID I SEE ANYTHING ABOUT MINIMUM ORDER.) Then I asked him then why noone mentioned it when spoke to them over the phone? Without verbally saying it he responded with a gesture I understood as "so what?" He just said he couldnt and didnt know why the owner made that policy. And if I wanted to ask I could do so next week on Tuesday. WTF? They completely wasted my time and were unwilling to try to ask the owner for an exception. While didnt have a logical reason to try to sell me something didnt think I would use. Its like selling 6 headlight for a car that only needs two. Finally if I was going to spend that much for a job that required that account of paint I would rather use that money toward a spray gun then buy a bucket of the mixed paint. If you go there dont expect anyone to be helpful. They just want to treat it like a warehouse and dont want to be bothered it seem to me.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Rude, rude, rude people. If youre a female without a lot of car knowledge stay away from this place. I spent $45 on the wrong part. Took it back the same day and they refused to give me a refund because it was"installed". I bought the wrong part, nothing was installed and Im out $45. These people are as shady as they come!!

One of the few real auto parts stores left in north OC. Good stock of regular parts and the NAPA network for those not in stock. Helpful folks on the phone, and you can talk to the owner should the need ever arise.

Wont be going back. Every single employee wreaks of arrogance. If you are not a regular or from the shop around the corner they could care less about you. No thanks, there are plenty of other Napa stores around.
