These guys are awesome. Just like Jake said, GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I live in San Jacinto in the Inland Empire and was in O.C. Garden Grove visiting friends when my fuel pump decided to just crap out on me. Needless to say my visit was shot to hell cause of it, but I still had some help from friends. I had called the store for a fuel pump for a 99 v6 mustang and initially they told me they can order one and have it there by Friday. This was Wednesday afternoon, the day before thanksgiving, and they were going to be closed FOR thanksgiving. All i had to say was "this is kind of a need it now thing" and without even asking why the sweat young lady on the other end simply asked me to hold for a min. After Getting permission from the boss she, from what i can gather, jumped into her personal car, drove down to the autozone that HAD it in stock and had it ready for me at the counter. She never asked why, she didnt try to refer me to another store, she just acted without question. That kind of costumer service is hard to find anymore.

I special ordered parts there. When i come to the store to pickup later, the rep kept asking stupid questions like " who did u order, did u order from here, or online? Keep going on like that for 5 mins, just because i forgot the receipt. The worst was that the rep ordered parts for me was the one keep asking questions. If ur memory that bad, should it check out.

The staff there really know where the stuff is so they really helped out. Im kind of disappoint that they dont have the catalog out like they use to so i could look up the part number. With the filter, air, oil and cabin air, catalog would get me out quicker than have to hunt someone down or look up online for the right part.

this location the sale rep are very RUDE ! i calling in looking for part and they cant find them i told them we need to update info with what vehicle can register with DMV, and they hangup on me. is that the way they talk to customer ? maybe he dont know or dont care the next PAYCHECK came form where !

This Auto Zone REFUSED to order a part and stated no Auto Zone would order the part I needed. Four other Auto Zones in my area where capable of ordering this part and having it for me next day. Good job Century Auto Zone, Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Call this place up ask him about 10 times about Mobil 1 oil and they kept trying to sell me STP oil this place is a f****** joke I was speaking to the manager as well dont go here dont call here pray that they close f****** idiots

I had a wonderful experience this morning. I called it in while on the way there and received my brakes as soon as I walked in. Both of the staffs were pleasant....which is rear for an auto place.

great costumer service. smaller store so they dont have everything in stock but they can order almost any part an have it there within hours sometimes less. great attitudes.
