I purchased a 5 quart container of motor oil which had obviously been previously returned with used motor oil in it. Besides the situation being super inconvenient, having to make extra trips and asking someone to bring oil to me because my truck had none in it. Auto zone redeemed themselves by correcting the issue without complications. Although I feel like I wasnt made completely whole with the extra trips and scrambling to.figure out how to get my kids from school. It all ended fairly painlessly. I will be returning to auto zon in the near future.

Came in and asked the nearest guy if they had a part for my car he said yes and that someone would go in the back and get the part for me then he goes and helps out 3 people in line and when I said something he decides to tell me "your not in line". Horrible customer service. Never coming here again. Not the first time Ive had problems with these people.

They lied about what I needed and I knew what I needed which was an alternator. They tested my battery and said my battery is bad even though I bought the battery less than 6 months ago. So I play the game and bought the new battery and then my alternator went dead as I had to drive home 50 miles. The workers here are terrible.

Terrible service. I just came in to get a cabin air filter the girl working the counter Prince me up a part number points to the back of the shop and says its in the blue boxes. Good thing theres an OReilly around the corner is if I wanted to work at a f****** AutoZone I would have put in an application. Wont be going back.

There okayy. There helpful but everyone says a different thing. Had a part ordered and I had to call 3-4 different times cuz they didnt no wen my part was gunna be in and the last time I called he said It prolly wouldnt be there cuz I ordered it after 6 then 2 mins later he says the truck guy is there with my part.

Went into this store this morning waited a long time ran a diagnostic said I was low on transmission fluid. That wasnt the problem turned out to be a bigger problem had to take it to the shop . alway always take it to the shop. They were not helpful.

The dude with the beard, goes by Tony, hands down is the dopest employee there. Super informative and efficient. Not saying the other people dont get the job done but not like he can. Did I mention his beard is dope, cause it certainly is.
