I hate this store...and i dont hate much...Grant the one with the "im a ganster tatoos" has a crap attitude... he does not do his due dillagance, wasted my time and then was like " i dont care"...mexican chick with purple hair left me on hold for 12 min. Grant picked me up and confirmed the part i needed was in stock with confidence. Drove 20 min to get there and they didnt even stock the part special order only...this is the second time this year ive been burned by AZ.. i now avoid AUTOZONE with a passion.. wish i could post -5 stars

Was working on one of the cars late. Stopped by here to pickup a sensor I needed. It was right before closing and I could tell they did not want to help out. I checked online for the part first and it said in stock at this location. The employee pulled it up and said no we do not have any. Not sure if that was really accurate or if he just did not want to go and find it then ring me up. Either way it was not a great experience.

The store manger didnt let me exchange a hose cause it WA the wing size and it wasnt even cut also he looked up flex hoses for me said they would fit sends me to a store else were and they werent the right size after he guaranteed they would be he didnt have his tattoos covered looked like a gang member unprofessional and lied some customer service for you guess Ill be going to napa

Horrible customer service, multiple visits for different reasons about five times in about three months finally I called the district manager to make a complaint because I used to work for Auto Zone myself and I went back twice since calling the manager and it doesnt seem that its gotten any better or different

Stop ur crying polock if u cut the hose u should keep it.the crew and the manger are good people.and maybe u are discriminating against people with tattoos.get a life.

Small but has many options. Didnt have what I needed in stock but the clerk was very helpful amd offered to locate a store nearby that did.
