If I could give this Ford dealership no stars and write a review I would. I went in this dealership in and met with a salesman named John Fig... something I dont remember how to spell his last name. He was not at all nice. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted which is a certified pre owned vehicle and he kept trying to sell me a lease and continued to tell me not once but 4 different times "we really arent a used car dealership we sell new cars." I may be a girl but I am not stupid and I know a lot about vehicles to not be taken lightly when purchasing. I asked a few questions regarding my company and discount plan his response,"I will have to dig my list out" I responded ok ill wait (thinking that this was something he was going to do now) he said I will call you and as the days went by he did not call me back. I then called and spoke with Chris the sales manager and he asked me to give them another try and he would hook me up with a great salesman and I would be happy, I said OK great I will be in tomorrow. I was met by Mike, He came up to me and introduced himself and immediately followed the introduction up with "I have 2 deliveries that just came in I will be a while do you mind coming back" (WHAT?!?!) I asked if I could take the car I was looking at for a drive which the John over the weekend WOULD NOT LET ME DO! Mike said ok and when you get back I will be ready for you . OK NO PROBLEM. I took the car for a test drive for about 25 minutes returned and Mike was not ready for me and actually no where to be found. ( I am not very happy at this time as you can imagine) I stated ok maybe me buying a car here is not in my cards thank you for your time good bye. Chris the manager walked over and introduced me to Kam who is a nice young man. We crunched some numbers and I was not really happy with the trade in value of my car which 3 other dealers I went to offered me much more ( Mind you my car is immaculate, clean record and all maintenance records kept up to date along with oil changes and mile services) I thanked him for his time and told him "No I wasnt interested" So Kam brought me to Victor and he basically told me he could not do anything better for me and if I got a offer for more I should take that offer. He didnt even budge on the trade in or the used vehicle but did try to push a lease and new vehicle on me. (growing increasingly angry) I left and told Kam I would call him Monday regarding our conversation. I priced the vehicle I was interested in verses what My trade offer was from this dealer and it just didnt make sence. This car has a clean car fax (2015 ford fusion) but the bumper had been re-painted, parts have been replaced and some have been removed /lost. But Victor did say that they stand behind the car fax that the vehicle was not in an accident. (I have a different opinion considering that this car was a rental car previously) I did call Kam on Tuesday (I was going to let him know that I would be declining his offer and going to a different dealership) A nice woman, JEN spoke with me on the phone and listened to everything that had transpired for the past week and a half. She assured me that she would speak with the owner as soon as she got off of the phone with me. She did speak with the owner of the dealership and they all had a meeting regarding my experience. I was called back and offered a different figure for my trade in it honestly wasnt much more My car on the crappy end with a huge amount of miles is worth more than their trade in offer.(I had my trade in priced from 3 different sites and 2 dealership employees who I know personally who also do auto auctions and told by all that this dealership was trying to low ball me big time) I am not happy and still not happy with the new offer which is offering my car trade value much lest than if I brought that car in falling apart. This is laughable and disgusting. Bad experiences travel much faster than good experiences. This left a horrible taste with me, it is disappointing I thought so highly of Shultz Ford I guess I was wrong.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! 8 months ago my husband bought a certified pre-owned explorer from Schultz Ford. About 2 months ago it started to make a grinding noise while we were driving it and when we were on vacation we were told by our uncle to get it checked out. We were told by the place we took the car to that the car was leaking fluid and we had to get it refilled before we could drive home otherwise the gears in the rear differential would heat up and and cause major problems and that it wasnt safe to drive home. When we returned from our trip, we took the car to a different Ford dealership closer to home. They said that the rear differential needed to be replaced and that it was so damaged that it might have caused other damage to the car, but they wouldnt know that until they took it apart to replace the broken parts. But it was covered under warranty, so no problem. They kept the car while we waited for parts to be ordered. We received a call from the dealership a week later saying that there was water leaking from the car and the car must have been SUBMERGED UNDER WATER for a period of time for the water damage to be this extensive and because of that the work to repair the car WOULD NOT BE COVERED under warranty. Since in the 8 months since we have owned the car it HAS NEVER been exposed to water, other than rain. We went to Schultz Ford where we showed the head mechanic the report from the other ford dealership along with pictures taken of the water from the car. We were told that there was obviously a problem and that Schultz Ford would take care of fixing the car with no expense to us, give us a free rental, and pay for the cost of having the car towed from the one Ford dealership to theirs. OK Great. we leave and later on in the day we get a phone call from the Head Mechanic saying that earlier he didnt realize that we had had the car for 8 months and a report he "found" on the vehicle says that it passed their inspection so that there is no way that they would pay to fix the car. He went back on everything he had told us just hours before and basically said that WE were lying or must not noticed our car SUBMERGED IN WATER!!! Needless to say, we will be filing a lawsuit and telling everyone we know that Schultz Ford is selling LEMONS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Awful dealership! The service department is run by a bunch of crooks! I took my vehicle in for recall work, while it was in their care they broke another related part. They called and told me they fixed the recall part but that this new problem came up and requested that I pay $170.00 to fix this. It broke while it was in their care! When we talked with the technician he admitted that the problem was not present when he drove the vehicle into the garage for fixing. Then I spoke with the manager, Joe. Joe was very curt while on the phone with me, not allowing me to explain my concern, cutting me off saying that my argument is not with them, it is with Ford Motor Company. This is not the case, the dealership broke my vehicle while it was in their care. This vehicle is my familys ONLY vehicle, they held it for repair for three days without allowing us a loaner vehicle or any rental vehicle compensation whatsoever. On day 3 when I went in to pick up my vehicle I was told I could not have my vehicle back unless I sign a document stating that the issue was present when I dropped the vehicle off. This is not true, I refused to sign the document, grabbed me key and left. I have spoken with the police, the local newspaper, and the tv news station about this and I sure hope they can expose the true colors of this place. DO NOT GO HERE, NOT EVER FOR TYPICAL RECALL WORK. UPDATE: They finally fixed the issue free of charge and provided a rental car.
