My wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Mercedes E350 in May, 2014 from MB of Nanuet. We honestly dont think our purchase could have gone any smoother. Our salesman, John Kim was pleasant to deal with, responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. As with many car buyers we started our search online to get a sense of competitive pricing for the MB model/year we wanted. We live in CT and visited our local dealer to check out their inventory. Found a couple of cars we liked, but didnt like their pricing and limited willingness to negotiate, so we left. Went back online and checked MB of Nanuets CPO inventory. Found a car we liked at a good price, called and spoke to John. Long story short, the dealership dropped the price below the number at which we said we were prepared to buy. So from our perspective what started as a good deal became a great one, esp. after factoring in CPO financing and other incentives MB USA was then offering. During the next few days John guided us through the necessary forms and we discussed taxes, registration, insurance, etc. We visited the dealership the following Saturday to close and pick up the car, which until then we had only seen online. As it turned out the car was immaculately detailed in and out, very clean and sharp looking. Except for a few touched up scratches I had to look very carefully to spot, I had a hard time telling the difference between our 49K mile, dark blue CPO car and new ones. After finalizing purchase, MB financing and warranty documentation with the pre-owned sales manager (who was also very pleasant and helpful), John spent over an hour demonstrating our cars features and options, set up Bluetooth and even pre-programming some frequently used phone numbers into the A/V system for us. Then without having given the car a previous test drive, we drove off the lot to our home in CT about 50 miles away and were pleased to find the car performed as well mechanically as it looked. There was one minor braking issue -- so minor I didnt bother reporting it until 6 months later -- that John said the dealership would take care of during our next routine maintenance visit. Based on our experience we would give this dealership a 6 star rating if we could.

Rich Hesse, Peter Wirth, Rafael Mercedes III, Walter Camacho, William "Billy" Ackerman are all aces and true professionals! Ive never posted on social media before but Im making an exception here because these guys have all went above and beyond to take care of me since I became a part of the Mercedes family. Most dealerships treat you like a number from the moment you walk-in and the sales people definitely make you feel self conscious if you walk-out buying nothing. I first stopped in at Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet in 2010 to test drive my dream car and to be honest, I really couldnt even afford it at the time but I still remember what a great experience it was because there was no pressure but just smiles and a patient sales guy answering all of my questions (I wish I could remember his name but he doesnt work there anymore). After spending over an hour at the dealership, I left thinking maybe someday...... Fast forward to 2012, my wife and I finally decided to join the Mercedes family and are now proud owners of the GLK300 and more recently, we purchased the C300 last year. Its important to point out that the VIP treatment did not stop after the sale. You see what is especially important to me is the follow up service. Anyone can make you feel great during the sale but there was a major issue with my GLK that I discovered three years after my purchase. I randomly emailed a guy named Rich Hesse about it not expecting much but Rich personally called me within 5 minutes to discuss the problem. I later found out Rich was the owner! This just doesnt happen at any dealership! Anyway, Rich Hesse and Peter Wirth both took the time out of their busy schedules to make sure the issue was resolved and the situation was completely corrected to my satisfaction. Rich, thank you for treating me like family! You have a fabulous team that always rises to the challenge of meeting all of my expectations! Sherman

Weve purchased many new vehicles from both luxury and regular car dealerships. this is was BY FAR the easier experience of my life. i live in NYC very close to Mercedes of Brooklyn and Silver Star Motors (mercedes of Queens). we also visited ray catena. they ALL tried to shove cars that we didnt want down our throats and expected us to pay for ridiculous options we dont want even though they had the exact cars we wanted but refused to negotiate on those. $1000 for a spoiler and lightbulb behind the mercedes insignia? really??? we heard good things about this dealership. we checked their website for inventory and found a car we liked. came here on a sunday morning, told which car we wanted, told them what we want to pay along with our trade in (the same offer me made to other dealerships for cars with LOWER MSRPs) they just said yes and we were done just like that! the entire process, from negotiation to signing the papers took 30 minutes. it takes me longer to get lunch in NYC!! to be fair, our offer was more than reasonable. but NYCs dealerships tried to bully us into paying more money or taking a cheaper car for the same money. anyway, the 1 hour+ drive was worth it. go here for your next benz. you wont be disappointed. we referred two friends here and they had the same exact experince

Hands down the reason for 5 stars is my salesman James Fede I was looking for a CLA in my price range with specific requirements Im from new Jersey about 50 mins from Nanuet so first I went to Ray Catena in Union NJ. They informed me none meeting that criteria were available and only had more expensive options with different colors available, or I would have to wait for one to be built. I contacted James from a friends referral.From the beginning extremely professional he confirmed it might be difficult to find one but he would try everything. In less than 24 hours he found one from out of state , was able to process all my applications all over the phone and in less than a week my car arrived.Talk about going the extra mile. Upon arrival me my wife and 2 children were greeted with warm smiles not anyone person pouncing on us like prey in the jungle looking for a sale. Another salesmen even gave a teddy bear to each of my 2 children. The little things go such a long way. James made the purchase so simple. I was in and out in about 1/2 an hour. After showing us all the features on the CLA and how to use them we were off. Without a doubt the easiest,friendliest and most convenient transaction Ive ever made cars or otherwise. Overall the best experience at a car dealership ever. I dealt with Walter Camacho who was genuinely interested in making the car buying experience a personal and easy experience. He kept me informed throughout the process (I did a build on a 2016 GLE 350) and gladly responded to my multiple text messages with questions. I just took delivery yesterday (3/22/16) - he walked me through the features, the car had a full tank of gas and offers pick up and delivery for routine maintenance even down to Bergen County. He gave me his personal commitment that he would ensure that I was taken care of at the dealership going forward (care beyond the sale is not always a given). I have another dealer that is less than a mile from my place of work but plan on using MB of Nanuet for my service. He introduced me to his brother who also works at the dealership and got the assurance from him that I would be well cared for at the dealership. I got a good price on both the purchase price as well as what they offered me for my trade in. This is my 3rd Mercedes (2 at another dealership) and plan on coming back. For me, it is all about how I am treated by places of business that I choose. Congratulations on a job well done. And best of all, my wife loves her new car!
