I brought our Car in for service, tires, and to check the air conditioning. The service department responded prompt and insightfully to my concerns. Herb, from the service department, called every step of the way to make sure that I was fully aware of each issue, as well as the specific issues urgency. It is hard to find a service center that actually cares about the clients they help; and Herb has honestly done just that. It was his customer service that reinforced the importance of choosing a Volvo Service center alternative mechanics. Thank you

The service agent Bryan Solari (or occasionally Herb(?)) are always congenial and effective in service guidance dealing with questions. I drive about 55 miles to reach the dealership but feel that the time spent is worth the feeling of confidence that we brought the car to the right place based on past performance. Our 2008 C70 Volvo is always garage kept and at home and only has 44000 miles on it and my wife absolutely loves the car and hope it lasts forever. The automatic fold down convertible roof is incredible.

The salesman, Tony, was wonderful but i believe the sales manager cheated me on my trade. They gave me a story about their wholesaler, but I gave them a car in excellent condition and they gave me well below blue book for trade. If you can, Sell your car yourself.
