This by far has been the worst experience ever for me buying a car. So I placed an $500 deposit on a car that I was promised to get, which was the 2008 c300, about 71,000 miles . I was promised that the right turning signal light would be fixed , which was not working, I would get different tires placed on, and a free year warranty on the car. I called and let sales person Victor, which was the one who fed me all these lies, to let him know I was coming in to pay off the rest. In which he gave me the car for 12,000, including all fees and taxes. He said that he would have the car ready for me when I came. Upon driving to the location all the way from Brooklyn, in which they knew how far of a drive I had I confirmed that I was going to have the money transferred from my bank account to theirs and I got an okay with that . When I arrived to the location, the car was no where near ready , it was actually still on the lot with the other cars. As another customer confirmed with me that, that was the same car that they just test drove and was getting an offer on. As we began to try and get the payments started, they then lied to me and told me that they cant accept the money that way after they just have me an okay on the phone. Also when confirming with the manager about the 3 things that sales person Victor said was going to be fixed, he said that he cannot do that. So they basically lied to me about all that was offered to get my deposit, and was still letting people test drive the car after I had already agreed to pay for it. Now this whole time sales person Victor was not even trying to assist me as he was when he got my deposit, then he lied to me and said that he did not offer me those things, and he was too busy trying to lure in another customer. !!!!!!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking to be lied to and tricked, then this is the perfect place for you.

This place is basically where you get robbed of your money legally. These guys are all scumbags and they will do anything in their legal powers to manipulate you and make money off of you. They dont care if the car that they sell you has been in an accident, they dont care if the cars internal frame and crumple zones are damaged. In case of an accident anything is possible and if the crumple zones are damaged, you significantly increase your chances of getting hurt and death. They also will say that a car is in good quality when in reality the car that they are selling is scratched up and damaged. When i came here we agreed on one price, which was 10,500. Then after arriving they charged another 6,000 with absolutely no room for negotiations. I came from PA so the drive was at least 2.5 hours. Great way to waste gas and time. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and made it seem as if we were forced to buy a vehicle from them. The car didnt even start on the lot. Checked carfax but the car was clean.. Then checked autocheck and realized that Carfax is just what they use because the system is delayed and can be tweaked for our standards. The truth was this vehicle was in a side impact collision and it was not "clean"! In conclusion, these guys do ghetto business and just want your money. Never coming back and dont want anyone to waste their time either. If you want a car go to a real dealer or get lucky on craigslist like me. Thanks and please be careful if you buy from these robbers.

Ive put 1,500 miles on my CLA in the last month and a half, waiting for a shoe to drop due to all the negative articles Ive read about this car. it has not happened. The car grows more beautiful to me every day. Its a sensuous joy to hand wash this refined work of sculpture. As for the supposedly hard ride, Im coming from a BMW 328X sedan. The BMWs ride was harsher. I find the ride luxurious - and definitely with the Mercedes feel of "driving the bank vault." I should know; this is my 6th Mercedes over a period of 22 years. I didnt skimp on this car and loaded it with a number of goodies. I got the brown leather interior. Its beautifully detailed - elegant and masculine. Overall, the fit and finish of the car is superb. The curve of the chrome trim at the base of the windows aligns perfectly in the rear view mirrors. I rarely broke 20 miles to the gallon in my BMW. This car thats barely broken in is getting 26 to 34 MPG in a combination of city and highway driving. So dont believe the naysayers. Ive had two adult males of normal size in my backseat. No one hit his head or had to scrunch down. This probably isnt a "family" car. Its a stylish, personal car for a single person or a couple. Right now, Im still turning back just to look at the car after I hit the lock. Will come back.

They had my dream car. I drove past the dealership and saw the car and I stopped by. The sticker for the car said one price which was about $39,000 for a Subaru WRX STI Limited and when i decided to buy the car, the price jumped up to $52,000! Fine, I accepted the price and I put money down. A few weeks later, I noticed they charged me $100 more than they should of. I went back and spoke to Zach who said that yes it was there mistake and that they would write me a check. Its been a little over a year and I am still waiting on the check. I recently brought the car to Subaru because my engine has been making a knocking noise. The Mechanic tells me that it is caused from having aftermarket exhaust which I did not know that the car had. I decided I would go through the "extended warranty" that I paid for. Come to find out, Subaru does not accept third party warranties. I went back to them and after an hour of being there and arguing they finally said they would refund me my $2000. I am still waiting on a check for now the $2000 plus my $100. Do not go there, my experience has been horrible but this is just my experience.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO THERE I can say that most of the reviews are fake they love making there own reviews. one thing you dont know they have 1995 DPF and a 995 Df theyre going to tell you "we have to maintence the car, change what ever parts it needs ext ext" thats bullshit they patch up the car so it will last you 2 months. And with the 1 month 1000 mile warrenty they give you, i had my car for a week before it started giving me issues and they did absolutely nothing to it. they kept telling me there is nothing wrong, when in reality my cars transmission was completely damaged. I took my car back to them and they directed me to a mechanic shop to no prevail because my car has been siting there for a month and nothing has been done to it. I took it upon myself to go back to the dealership to ask what the hell was going on with my car and they blantely told me that they will do nothing for me. i advise everyone to never buy a car from this dealrship becuase you will get dissapointed by the fraudulence occuring at European Auto
