Bergenfield auto mall is the reason why used car dealerships have a bad reputation. I purchased a vehicle from them less than 3 months ago and have already spent $3000 in an attempt to get the car up to par. In fact, the car has been in the shop more than it has been on the road. A few of the problems; all 4 tires were dry rotted, A cracked damaged wheel, rubber hose clamps being used on metal hoses (I called about this issue and interestingly enough their mechanic knew what car I was talking about before I finished my sentence) , and a hydraulic line with a giant bubble in it. ($1300 alone for this fix when the line burst all over my driveway). GPS was also a listed feature and the unit does not work at all. My mechanic called to address some of these issues and was told by Samir that he did not care about me or the vehicle. A few choice words were also used. Needless to say i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!

Dont buy from this place. Bought a car a few months ago from them and already had to replace transmission, fuel pump and oil pump. Cost me like 2,000$. They told me car was good and ran perfectly but obviously had a bunch of pre existing problems. Theyre mechanics dont know anything because they have looked the car over before and said everything is fine when it wasnt. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Mary and the rest of the team at Bergenfield auto mall were nothing short of amazing ! They made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable . They are extremely trustworthy and transparent with the way they do business which is a big relief for any customer . I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and they will always have a customer in me !
