Went to bridge dealer because they had exactly what I was looking for with the price I needed.. when I first arrived I will admit they have a difficult time locating the keys for the vehicle I wanted. Judy was very helpful and active in trying to locate the keys. she found the keys and all of the interior functions were working to normal specifications. I would strongly advise to bring a mechanic and request they put the vehicle in the air and check under hood. I took a vehicle and on the third day the battery went bad. It was corroded. And then come to find out the breaks were at 2mm that is below specs... I didnt bother them with these complaints because it was my fault for not checking. I was too excited to get the vehicle that i have always wanted. however i have one complaint that they give you temp plates for only two weeks and it takes the title 30 days to come at least If you buy a vehicle from this company make sure you get at least a 30day temp plate if they cannot give you a title in hand at time of purchase! Bridge Dealers have great quality cars for Great Prices. I have already recommended a friend of mine to go to bridge to buy a car!!!! thank you judy and shaun for assisting me and always keeping in contact with us during this time!!!

This auto dealer what can I say about this order dealer they have beautiful cars nice people but their cars are high-priced hookers all pretty on the outside trashed and destroyed on the inside bought a car on a Saturday by time I got it home it was already having problems and I live like 20 minutes away when I took it back to them on the next open day they started with the whole as is we dont warranty nothing and were not taking it back so you best bet is to stop payment thats why they prefer that you come in with cash you cant stop payment on cash do not be stupid run screaming from this place and Im not sure but I think the place is all around them are part of the same company and they all have problems Ive had this car 3 weeks and have been able to drive it exactly three days and put out another $1,500 on repairs so far more work to be done run from this place screaming and Im not sure but all their website so I exactly the same the other dealers around them may be part of the same company the moral of the story do your research check out all the reports and reviews have the car checked by a mechanic right there and then

Called ahead about a car I saw listed online. Wanted to make sure it was still available and if I could take it for a test ride. Was told it was. I showed up, the guy I talked to was out with another customer, but I was still going to be able to take the car for a ride. Walked around with the sales associate, got the keys, start walking towards the car and the mechanic says its cant be driven, the accelerator wasnt working... seriously, how do you say "yeah, come take it for a ride" but not have it working. The mechanic said he could have an accelerator "thrown in" from another car in about 30 minutes, yup, because I want to buy a car with an accelerator thrown in. Makes me wonder about the rest of the cars they have. Just be warned, there are a bunch of used car dealers in this lot and so far I havent been impressed with any of them. By association they all seem just too shady.

I arrived at Bridge Dealer Services during a snowstorm and met Winnert - I told him what i was looking for and what price i wanted to be at - I was paying cash - I had looked at a few cars in his inventory online - He showed me these cars but was honest about their condition and went out of his way to point me in the direction of the best car in my price range - I purchased a 2003 Lexus ES300 - the price listed for this car was accurate and I was able to negotiate the price and pay the amount i was comfortable with - Everyone here was very helpful and they stand behind their vehicles - I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a used car - They have a surprisingly large inventory and are very helpful and knowledgeable - Winnert was great to work with - even during a snowstorm -, didnt pressure, and answered all my questions Great place

I was nothing but happy with this place. I brought a lexus from this place i love the car. When i was inquiring about car. I told sales person i be down the sales person said i suppose to call a lady back on car but you are coming an hour and half away so i will wait before i call her back. I got there test drive the car and actually took it to dealer to get it checked. But you no how the dealers are they said it needed this and that to get $. But myself i no about cars at 60,000 miles no major issue goes on with cars plus lexus is one of the top cars to buy. I brought the car and im nothing but happy with it. The only thing that i was not happy with is the inside it was not vacuum. Other then that people are friendly and on top there game will recommend this place to friends thanks guys. See you soon

Went to check out a car i was very interested in and i called before hand and talked to Shawn i made sure i was clear asking if the car was still there on the lot, Shawn said yes its here come by and look at it so i take an hour ride (60 miles) there and after i finally find Shawn he hands me to a new sales guy Ray to drive me 2 blocks away to their warehouse for the car no one can find it once we get there until 30 minutes later they figure out its in the SHOP for a PS pump. So thanks a lot i didnt even SEE THE CAR and wasted 2 hours of my life plus $35 in tolls to get there because you cant keep track of your inventory, Thanks

Purchased a used 97 Accord to three weeks ago. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the title was in hand. However by the end of the transaction, I was told that it was NOT in hand and will have to wait 2-3 weeks for it. Welp since Im leaving town in a few, this is a grave inconvenience, one that could have been avoided if what I was told at the beginning of the sale was true.NOW no one answers calls, returns messages or responds to texts. At this point I fear I have to get some legalese behind me. UPDATE- They had the title the entire time, and somehow misplaced it. I picked it up yesterday 4/3/17.

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM. They are super lies. I bought my car from a dealer name is Steve, He will will lie at you just to get the car away, I will post this to every cars website, just to let you know that they are super lies from Steve and Migel which he is the financial guy. they have cheap cars and they will let them sell any cars with any price. I bought my car from them, then I needed to fix it for more than $4500. And I do have my paper s from an AUDI dealer an from a certified AUDI dealer, I swear do not try to buy any car from them.
