Today I bought a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero. Ive been looking for a cheap but reliable used car for a couple years now. I live a mere mile away from Faraj Auto and occasionally drive by to see what is on the lot. Today my father and I took another look and saw this car. Right away Mark and his father come out to see what we need. They asked for a price range and right away pointed at a few cars of our choosing. My eyes focused on one of them and Mark said lets go for a drive. I test drove the car and he allowed me to drive to my house to show my mother. He playfully asked if it was okay for him to get a bagel across the street cause he was starving. Mark is a great person, who seems to have a great knowledge of what he is talking about in all topics of discussion and knows how to treat you not like a person with money in their pocket, but like one of his own friends. My father noticed some rust on the bottom of the car and they had no problem taking it on the lift and cleaning it right off for us, proving that it was not damaging to the performance of the car. Great people, great knowledge of cars, and they dont rest until you are completely satisfied with your purchase, whether your ready to buy or not.

This business is A1 all around. Mark Faraj took really good care of me. I was recently in an auto accident where my car was deemed totaled by my insurance company. I drove to Rutherford,NJ from Philadelphia,PA (2 hours) to be greeting with amazing service and a great deal. The car was my first choice and Mark made my dreams come true with no pressure and he worked with me to where I was comfortable paying. Driving to Faraj Auto was a great decision and Im really happy and satisfied with the service and the deal that I made with Mark. If there were more car representatives (because he doesnt come off as a salesmen) like Mark in America then car buying would always be a great experience. I worked mostly with Mark at Faraj, but also had experiences with his father and Jose. All together theyre a stand-up crew. They will tell you like it is, and be honest and truthful with any and all questions that you may have. They also offered to take my old clunker and handle the salvage process for me, while also giving me a trade-in credit. Two days after I bought the car, I had a warning light come on, but I brought it into Mark and he handled the repairs and everything immediately (the warning light was something that nobody would suspect until it breaks; both Mark and his guys and my own personal mechanic that examined the car prior to purchase didnt see it, so I believe fully that Mark didnt know about it). If youre looking for a used car dealer that wont play games with you, and will sell you a high quality car, Faraj is your place.

Very good experience purchasing 2006 Ford Focus Wagon in February 2014. Mark is a hard worker, is very responsive to calls, texts and emails surprising me with late night replies. He even drove to pick me up in Newark when the train couldnt get past Secaucus, wow! A very low pressure approach, allows you to decide if you like & want a vehicle. Worked with me on installing tires I wanted and securing full size spare. Got 3 month, 4500 mile warranty. I believe that Faraj does their best to maintain a good reputation for offering safe buys at fair prices. I got the impression that Mark knows if a car is in good working condition. I doubt he would ever send anyone out in a car he thought would break down. I would do business here again. I wish them the best and am grateful for the friendly, helpful service!

Mark had a vintage 68 dodge dart that peaked my interest. He sent me pics and info details as i requested. we drove to his dealership- he answered all of my questions about the car and offered specific details about the origin of the car and listed the repairs that he had just completed. Cut to the chase-i bought the car-a BEAUTY- the price was very good too. after driving and inspection of my new ride-we were able to confirm the new parts and info that he stated was 100% true. Mark is an honest stand-up dealer who tries his best to please the customer... hes personable & returned calls and texts immediately. i was also able to negotiate on the asking price too...what more could a buyer ask for? I highly recommend Faraj Auto if you are looking to buy a car. Mark and Sammie are great and really know exactly what theyre talking about, and not to mention the quality of cars and service here. I bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue a few months back and not to mention it was my first time financing a car. My credit isnt too great either, but Mark found a way to get me in my car for an affordable monthly rate. The car came with a warranty and up until now I dont even think I needed it because the car runs like a beauty! My brother is looking to buy a car here soon, and so are my friends.
