I drove to the facility for some repairs. I told them that I am not in a rush and they should take their time do a good job. Next day they called me to give me an estimate of $1,300.00.! I was surprised but had no choice but to approve the job. In two days they called me to say that the car is ready for pickup. When I went they gave me a bill of $1,500.00. Long story short I paid and took delivery of the car. Unfortunately same night I had to tow the car to their place. Next morning I took delivery of the car and while I am writing this I am actually stuck with the car again in the NJ turnpike due to over heat. This is a problem that I never had before! I am trying to call them but only getting the automated message. Bottom line is that this the worse place to go for.... To be continued Whole day I suffered with the car finally found a towing, who rob me too! Took it back to the same place where they fixed it. Following morning they called me to inform that they are not going to fix the car because of my NEGATIVE REVIEWS . I told them you guys mess up with my car. You fix my car and I will fix the reviews, to which they denied. I had to tow the car back to Firestone to fix it who in turn charged me $700.00, thanks to Medowlands Ford, Secaucus, Nj. Now it maybe noted that I DROVE to the Ford facility for some minor repairs, which I could have lived with but ended towing the car three times also ended spending about $2500.00 including towing, not to mention the time and frustration....

I dont know who the guy at the service department desk is but he has a horrible attitude. Worse customer service I have ever seen. The man was yelling at every customer. I hope sir that you arent the GM of this location and someone handles the way you conduct business thats if there is any business left after you are done destroying it. Ended up going to ford on rt 440 where the service was much more pleasant. This place use to be great. Ill pray for the owner of this business and the guy who clearly needs a vacation and retraining.

The staff had nothing but attitude. Very rude. I took my car in for an engine light and it took them a month and a half to fix it as well as over charge. And the day I get the car out I find that there is a light problem in the back left light that wasnt there when I brought it in. I have no interest in going back to this awful place even though they should fix it as they were the ones who caused it!

After buying truck from these guys and servicing it there for more than 2 years i spent thousands of dollars i called to ask what number bulb i need for the fog light i was told they cant give me the number because somebody else will make the profit. Seriously? WOW Shame on you... Now you are loosing both the customer and your miserable bulb profit.
