I bought a 2 year old car from these people about 1 month ago, and everything about this car keeps getting worse and worse. They sold it to us without lightbulbs in the headlights and kept talking up how it was still under manufactuers warranty. What they failed to mention was that the clowns that previously owned it modified the suspension/ tires/ soundsystem/ lights/ coldair intake to race it, and that because of all their modifications, the warranty doesnt actually cover anything anymore. Ive sunk about $3000 out of pocket into this car just to make it road worthy, all without being able to take it to my trusted mechanic before the sale. I never should have bought this car and I regret the decision every day. The guy that actually sold to us is never there when we call anymore, and he waited so late to put the title in the mail to our leinholder that we had one day to do the title and tag work. Hudson Auto Trade is the reason why Used Car Dealers have bad reputations. Be very wary about buying from them.

Poor all around. These people there are nothing but swindlers and con artists. I bought a vehicle from them with the agreement that theyll have the windows operational. The windows...not to mention the passenger side safety belt (Which I didnt find out until I picked up a passenger) doesnt work and the other issues Im noticing in the car i.e. shocks/power steering/transmission. They did order a switch for the window but honestly I think they just popped out the existing switch just to use it as a bargaining chip because they knew the window motors were shot. Just the same as the previous reviews I regret purchasing this vehicle every day. If youre considering purchasing a vehicle from this business because you have no credit/low credit and they say they can help you DONT DO IT!!! Im sure you can find a more reputable location to purchase a car at the same interest rate this "business" will rape *cough* give you. Do yourself a favor....save more money and go to a real dealer.....

I bought my first car ever from Hudson Auto based on my friends suggestion about this place. I got a 2010 Ford Expedition in the middle of June. My overall experience was great. The sells people were so patient and was very helpful in completing the deal. I got an amazing deal for the car and I was really happy about the same. Since it was my first car, it took almost an entire day to complete all the paper work and they did everything so patiently. I was really happy to get my first car. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a used car in jersey city. I feel happy and luck i went there ! :) Thanks to Hudson Auto.

Stopped by five months ago. Its a small place with nice staff. Family owned and operated. Everything went smoothly, mostly. I did sense a little bit of hiding when I asked certain questions. When I went to see the car in question, that I was "approved" for, I was advised of an exhaust issue (which I appreciate the honesty before possible purchase). The car seemed to look good in and out, minus the middle console being off its hinges. When its a 14 year old car, you cant expect the best. Between pricing and personal issues, Im going to have to pass on purchasing a car from here, or anywhere. Im going to wait until my situation is better.

This dealer sold me a car that had a very negative carfax. Tried trading it in and no one would take it in. They claimed the title was clean but going by the carfax fax it might as well have been a salvage. Worst service and experience ever! Would never buyhere again or recommend anyone to this dealer. Definitely learned my lesson, i would never everrrr buy from this dealer again!

Now I know the secret of this place having this 5 stars reviews on of the former employer of this place told me that the owner Mohamed Nassau had hired people from India to do all of rose false reviews , bucouse I think if it comes to real people to give him reviews this place for sure will have only ZERO stars ,full of lairs and frauds

Today Im at Hudson Auto Trade purchasing a used car but most importantly the sales people here and especially the buy here pay here options are so nice. Absolutely nice people that can work with you. Dont Buy a car from this place CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They have no intregrity in running a good business! They have no ETHICS! Nothing to say but this place nothing but thief and lairs , cars are bad and they fraud the car fax you better to run your own carfax , when you finance your car they fraud your contract with the banks for totally different amount and put you in bad situations financialy ,,, my recommendations to any one JUST KEEP AWAY

Purchased a pre owned Sienna. Price was very good for the Sienna and fair on my trade-in. I had the sales team work with me to get the deal done, it was in and out with the vehicle in about 2 hours. Great all around service. Would definitely come back to Hudson Auto Trade.
