On Sept 28, 2016, I drove over 3 hours from Maryland to New Jersey Bergen County Auto Group for a 2008 BMW X5 that I saw online with 79k miles and the rare 20” bmw sport wheel package. The truck was in pretty good shape considering its age and mileage. The price negotiation was fair. When I got the truck home I noticed a few things that I didn’t before. There was rainwater coming into the drivers side floor and the buttons on the key didn’t respond. I contacted Lou about my concerns and he immediately got back to me with a solution. I was able to get the issues fixed by a local mechanic and reimbursed for my out of pocket cost. Also I was a bit concerned of potential issues that might surface at the Maryland State Safety Inspection. Well, the truck passed the safety inspection with no problems. Now I feel confident that I have a quality used truck. I’m very happy with the dealership and its representatives Lou and Braulio. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. -Travis

Top notch!!! From the moment you walk through the door you are family. A week ago, I bought my second car from BCAG. My 1st in 2012 with the same fantastic experience.....Everyone from the owner, finance manager and salesmen were just awesome. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was undecided on what I wanted this time around and I never felt pressured. They showed me every car in my price range and took their time to explain everything to me. When I finally decided on my 2013 BMW....they stayed late to do all the paperwork and I was able to take the car home that night!!! They even offered to buy me dinner :). They go above and beyond for their customers. I would never go anywhere else for a car again. Awesome group of guys and great inventory for all of your car needs. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Keep up the great work gentlemen !!!!!

Hi, Im Charles, and a coupe BMW owner now. I bought a car at BCG. I tried to drive five cars, and each one is different, Juan patiently explained to me the details of each car, let me understand a lot of different characteristics of the BMW. Eventually, I decided to buy a coupe. At first, I was worried that there would be hidden fees, but fortunately, no, there was no hidden fees. Then I tried the finance, I got a very good APR, but I can not divulge my privacy, very sorry. But I can reveal that they helped me down about 1%, of course, this is because my credit is pretty good. Finally, do not forget to buy insurance, where you can insurance up to 10,000 miles, which is to save money after exceeding warranty, especially for electronic equipment failure. In short, here is very good, I really like, I will recommend to my friends.

Lou, Braulio, Wilbert and Anthony are fantastic! Their selection and prices are really great. They answered all of our questions, gave us lots of time for a test drive, worked with us for the best deal, and did all of the paperwork for us- we are from Pa. In fact, when we were sitting in their office and got their offer it was actually better than what I was gonna ask! They worked overtime for us to get us into the jeep of our choice. And to top it off, Lou and Braulio drove it out to us the next evening!... 80 miles away!! We were ecstatic. The office is clean and spacious. Even served us pizza and sodas. Whatever credit issues anyone has Wilbert will hit the phones, call banks and get you approved at a good rate. We will definitely be going back to them when we get our next luxury vehicle.

From the moment of first contact, throughout the entire process, they were responsive and welcoming. At no point did me or my wife feel anything less than at ease. I had originally called about 1 specific car I saw online... when I arrived, it was there as promised and in great condition. There were also other cars that caught our attention... the team had no agenda, they simply let us take our time to view and test drive whatever we wanted; this allowed us to be very comfortable with our final choice. Wonderful customer service. Stayed past business hours for my appointment to accommodate my work hours. Gave me a great deal and I left with a beautifully kept BMW, same day, within 2 hours. Have been driving it for the past week without issue. Will be a returning customer when it comes time to upgrade. Thank you for everything!/ EDIT **3/17/17**: UPDATE I have had my car for over a year now and it has held up beautifully. Aside from regular maintenance in relation to the mileage I have put on the vehicle I have had no issues whatsoever. This dealership truly sold me a good product. Interior looks as nice as the day it left the showroom, mechanically sound and resilient. Will be looking to purchase again within the near future, find a manual transmission for me boys!

I had such a pleasure experience with Braulio and Lou. I went with a car in mind that i saw online, but when i got there Braulio showed me other options considering all the things i said i liked/dislike instead of just accepting my check and i appreciate it. I am obsessed with my new car and i definitely got the perfect one for me with their help! they were amazing with negotiating the perfect deal and very fair. Definitely worth every minute i spent there. Detail and consideration went into every part of the deal and the car was perfect when I got it. Lou gave the best service in the world. I am recommending him to everyone I know. He was very supportive, very honest, an amazing communicator, just overall a pleasure to work with. Lou sent me pictures of the car to my phone, sent me photo updates when she was detailed, helped me out with my bank. I couldnt ask for a more trust worthy person to work with, he is willing to work with customers and pull out all the stops. He even kept the shop open past hours for me to travel from my job in Queens New York. I cant say or recommend them enough, but I wouldnt buy another used car from anyone but him. From the minute you walk in to the minute your driving out nothing but kindness. You are never rushed and always treated with respect. Sal, Lou, and Braulio are amazing at what they do. Car shopping is usually a stressful time, but not with this group of guys. Fun, informative, experience. They even offered to buy us dinner while we were doing the paperwork!!!
