I am very cautious when leasing, I ask many questions, and like many other people, have never had a car dealership experience that was enjoyable, or did not take all day or days. Recently, I was ready to lease a 2017 Infiniti Q50 and saw an ad for The Car Guys on Facebook with people asking them questions and The Car Guys answering each and every question back. It was their responses that led me to inquire with them. They answered my inquiry that evening, which began the impressive experience. I contacted The Car Guys NY and spoke directly with Edwin the owner. He was immediately patient, clear, educated, and professional. He answered every question going above and beyond to make sure I understood, and all his answers were exactly what I wanted to hear regarding how easily the non-in person dealership lease process works through delivery right to my door. He knew calling from the internet and having no experience with The Car Guys, one might be overly cautious about doing a car lease this way. Edwin answered every call, email, text, and responded when he said he would. He sent everything when he said he would and acted like a helping friend; not a salesman. I have never met someone in any business as exact as him. The lease price was lower than all inquiries we made at Long Island Infiniti dealerships, and he explained why he is so much cheaper (just ask him). There was NO haggling and no upselling. It was too good to be true (at least I kept believing). I even told him I am skeptical until the car arrives. The beautiful car pulled into my driveway right when he said (giving me updates throughout the day via text), and the employee that showed up at my house with my beautiful new car and the paperwork was as nice, and professional as I could have wanted. We drove it, he walked me through the functions of the car, and we signed papers in my house; all the while feeling safe and assured that all was as Edwin said. The craziest part was I had not given Edwin a cent or even a credit card #, nothing, up to this point, and he drove my new car out 3 hours and 55 miles in traffic to Long Island to my door! Who does this? The answer is not a single person or company. Incredible. Not just the best car purchase of my entire life, but he treated me like I was the only one he was dealing with, when I knew he had to have been super busy if he was this good. I have to add I was surprised when the car arrived and I learned that I had to inspect it myself (never had to do this at dealerships). Edwin explained it had to do with temporary registration and the car coming from out of state. I could not find a single thing to fault with the process with The Car Guys. They are an incredible new way to get the car you want in an enjoyable process at a lower price, and I wish you all a great experience with them as well.

My wife’s car was totally damaged in the car accident and we tried to find a new car for her calling to different dealerships and browsing the Internet. We spent a lot of time doing that but we could not find what she wanted. Fortunately, her colleague recommended calling to Edwin in “The Car Guys - Staten Island” and we got the best customer service we have ever received. My wife explained to Edwin in details what car she would like to have (make, model, color) and he listened to her very attentively. He answered all her numerous questions regarding the car, financing, registration, insurance, etc. It is unbelievable but on the same day Edwin found a car of her dream and its price was significantly less than any of the competitors. During the same day Edwin prepared all paperwork including financing, removed the old damaged car from our insurance policy and included the new one, made car registration in the DMV, and informed us that a new car would be delivered to our home on the next day. It was as in a fairy tale, but on the next day in the morning Edwin called us to find out what is the best time for delivery. Exactly at this time a new Acura RDX was in our driveway and we had only to sign papers. THIS IS FANTASTIC!!! And when we asked Edwin about payment for this incredible service, he answered “Nothing”. We greatly appreciate Edwin and his team for their wonderful job and recommend “The Car Guys” for everybody who would like to buy or lease car quickly and for a fair price.

I rarely will write reviews good or bad about any service Ive ever received but this was by far the most exceptional car shopping experience Ive ever encountered. I heard about The Car Guys through my uncle who raved about Dennis and the team so I had to check it out. I gave Dennis a call told him I wanted a white Range Rover with specific added features and he said he would give me a call back in a half hour. 28 minutes later my phone rings and its Dennis with all the car details that I wanted and a price. I told him I want a day to think about it. I then reached out to 4 Range Rover dealerships in the tri state area the next day to see if this guy was the real deal. Not only did his price beat all 4 dealerships by a landslide but what I appreciated most was there was no back and forth, no hassle, no games! He gave me the best price the minute he called me back and after speaking to the dealerships and having them "run numbers" blah blah blah, I knew Dennis and the team was the real deal. They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted, theyre car knowledge and expertise far exceeds the other leasing companies out there including the dealerships. I am so happy that I ordered my custom Range Rover through them and I cant wait to get it !!! Thank you Dennis and The Car Guys for everything !!!!

Called this place on a whim after seeing a friend post an ad on FB. My lease wasnt up for another 2 months, but I just wanted to see what my options were. I had already called a couple of other places, but they were all pretty mediocre in terms of customer service. Some sounded like they were already sitting on millions of dollars and could care less about the car I would need in 2 months, and some never even called me back at all. LOL. Cool, great job guys! Anyway, back to The Car Guys. From the first phone call, I already knew Id be getting my car through them. What an awesome staff. Im definitely not the easiest customer to deal with, but they were extremely patient with my never ending questions. I ended up terminating my lease a little bit early because they got me a sick price on an Infiniti Q50, and I didnt want to miss the deal. But the best part was that they literally had a car guy come pick up my old car from my house, return it for me, and bring me my new car the following day. Woah! lol. They are serious about customer service! Such a good experience from beginning to end - Could not recommend enough! A special Thank You to Edwin and the rest of the car guys :)
