Wow, do not buy a car in a rush. I wish I really looked at the reviews for this car lot. Look at them... the pictures, read the reviews... they are fake!!! All these reviewers give 5 stars, really?! This lot begins to insult the intelligence of their potential customers not only before they arrive but also in person. This is a typical cheap auto lot and nothing more. They will/did try to give a deal by illegal price/tax manipulation, will/did not honor negotiations and repair agreements, do not know the latest techniques in financing and banking and will not provide top notch customer service. Be aware! I lost $200 in holding a vehicle there while waiting for service on their part which was not upheld and finally fell through because of absolute frustration. I purchased vehicles weeks before and after with none of the complications I had from this location. I do not recommended and strictly avoid.

Very customer oriented car dealership. The Financing group at US Auto Network Inc is very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to work with. They go out of their way to make sure I received the best customer service. The salesman is courteous, and respectful. I have found them very focused, very enthusiastic and eager to help. Every time I have called this Staten Island dealership with any questions they were very informative, and seem to have great phone manners. If I left them voice messages, they promptly return my calls and are always attentive, and polite and pleasant to talk to. No hassles. Best dealership ever. I will never go anywhere else for my cars. Thank you for helping me to buy a great car.

The first time Ive actually enjoyed going to a used car dealer! My mom had been shopping for a car for a few weeks and US Auto Network Inc located in Staten Island, NY seemed to have the best prices. Arrived to the lot and wasnt disappointed! After a while I started trying to think of excuses to get rid of one of my cars so I could buy one there. At the end of the day my mom got the car she wanted at a great price. Salesman wasnt pushy, which of course was greatly appreciated. Overall a pleasant experience!

We wanted to find a used car dealer with the best car financing that had a good selection of cheap used cars for sale. We just needed a second car for my commute while we saved our Lexus for the weekends. US Auto Network was the Staten Island car dealership we were looking for. They had a great selection, low prices and excellent financing options. We found a Nissan Altima there that was much cheaper than the same year and model at the local Nissan Dealer.

I went to the Mitsubishi Dealer to look for used car deals. No such luck. Then I tried the local Mazda dealer. Same thing. Then I went to US Auto Network in Staten Island NY and found so many deals I had trouble deciding. Maybe that is why the other places were so high. US Auto Zone got all the good affordable cars. I finally decided on a Lexus when I started looking for a Mitsubishi. It was all about the price.

Instead of searching Craigslist or the flyers for used cars for sale, make your first stop US Auto Network. Do not waste your time like I did going to every car dealer in the area. I found my best deal on my pre-owned Lincoln at US Auto Network, not at the Lincoln dealer. They also had awesome car financing too. There is no better used car dealer on Staten Island than US Auto Network Inc.

I was at the Ford dealer looking to purchase a late model Fusion without having much luck. The prices just seemed over inflated so when they gave you a "deal" it was not a deal.
