THIS IS THE 2ND CAR LOAN IN MY LIFE. MCU WAS WONDERFUL YEARS AGO. MY LIFE HAS CHANGED AND COULDNT GET MCU PRESENTLY. ....DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM THEM..... I GOT A MINIVAN FROM THEM AUGUST 2015. MY LOAN UNFORTUNATELY THROUGH FLAGSHIP AT A RIDICULOUS RATE, THE AMOUNT OF TWIST AND TURNS ON MY LOAN AFTER THE FACT IS MIND BOGGLING. WHERE ARE THOSE PAPERS ABOUT THSES CRAZY RULES? I NEVER SAW THEM AND DEFINITELY NEVER SIGNED ANY OF THOSE PAPERS... WHICH I AM STILL AWAITING A COPY OF ADDITIONAL TERMS FROM FLAGSHIP, ITS" OUT OF THIS WORLD. BASICALLY, IF YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SHADY CAR DEALERS, YOU WILL GET SCREWED. NO MATTER HOW MUCH PREPARING AS I DID, I COULDNT WIN WITH THEM. 1ST TIME WITH A LATE FEE, THIS IS SO CRAZY.... IF YOU HAVE A LATE FEE, YOU MUST INSTRUCT THE CSR TO DIRECT THE OBVIOUS LATE FEE ATTACHED TO YOUR PAYMENT OVER TO THE LATE FEE. YOU MUST DO SO VERBALLY SHE SAYS TO ME... AFTER DOING SO VERBALLY THEY STILL WONT DO IT. THANK GOODNESS I RECOREDED IT WITH A PHONE APP AS PROOF. NOW YOU ARE STUCK IN LATE FEE HELL. NOW SPEAKING TO SUPERVISOR AFTER SUPERVISOR HOPING TO FIND A REASONABLE MIND IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. FINALLY, HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND SENT TO NYS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. WHY MUST I GO THIS FAR. I AM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY OF MY DAMN CAR JACK AND HEAD PHONES FROM THE DEALER. I HAVE CHILDREN IN MY CAR...... SHADY, SHADY, SHADY..... THEY ALSO NEVER SENT MY REGISTRATION IN AUGUST 2014, LOW AND BEHOLD, IT NOW ARRIVED IN THE MAIL IN DECEMBER 28 2015 IN AN ENVELOPE FROM THE DEALERSHIP ... REALLY!!!!... AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM THEM, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALS, I DONT CARE HOW MUCH THEY SMILE AT YOU, LAUGH OR SEEM FRIENDLY... YOU WILL REGRET IT. YOU DESERVE BETTER. LOOK AT ALL OF THE REVIEWS BELOW.. ITS NOT GOING TO BE ANY BETTER FOR YOU. I WOULDNT PURCHASE A TOY CAR FROM THEM. BETTER OF ON MTA. A LITTLE PATIENCE, KEEP SEARCHING ELSEWHWERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY, DISAPPOINTMENT AND STRESS.

This is my 3rd time at this dealership. The first time was about 6 yrs ago. Hank Bernsten was the sales manager, a very good soul and did spend a lot of time working out a good lease deal for me. However, I did not lease the Accord. It was only about the make of car and I went for the BMW 3 series instead. I felt bad about it. Over the years, Ive been receiving couple of letters from this dealership. I knew I would go back. So I did. I leased the 2009 Honda Accord LXP 3 yrs ago from Bayridge Honda. Now Im on my second 2012 Honda SE model. The sales rep this time around is Windy Louie. A hardworking gentleman and did not give me any annoying sales pressure at all. He didnt drag my time, once I make the decision he makes the whole process quick and smooth. I would suggest that it would be a good idea to know what you want and what price you are comfortable with first so no ones valuable time is wasted. Aferall, time depreciates faster than a car does. Just why 2 Accords? Reliable, efficient, economical, and has its own class. After I had driven 3 months on that BMW, it broke down on me on Belt Parkway due to manufacturers defect. The 24 hr roadside assistance didnt help because they were not allowed to enter any "Parkways" in NYC. My accord didnt give me one single problem at all. Honda does make great cars. These new styles are sportier than other sedans in the same class. Although the car is not as fast as a bimmer, but you cant go anywhere fast in the city anyway. Talk about the interior space, the Accord is bigger and very comfortable. Read the measurement on specs. In conclusion, I highly recommend anyone to buy or lease at this dealership or you can refer people there. I think most people would rather give business to and work with great people who have integrity and good ethics. I know I do. Be well and drive safe.

The service department is awful. I brought them my Honda after I was rear-ended on a nearby highway, and the experience I had was about as bad as I could imagine. To begin with, the date the repairs were to be completed by was a moving target, which turned out to be because aspects of the repair were being sub-contracted out. When I finally did retrieve the vehicle, the finish work was absurdly shoddy-- weather seals were not seated correctly and were obviously not new (who installs a used weather seal?), paint overspray was on the weather seals and taillight lenses, plastic covers were missing, and interior bits had gouges and tool marks from being horsed off with screwdrivers. I refused to take the vehicle back in this condition, and the Bay Ridge guys politely acknowledged that the work was sub-par and agreed to fix it. Three weeks later, they have executed the repairs to a reasonable standard of quality, but now want me to sign a document saying that if insurance doesnt pay the additional costs, then I will. What additional costs, you ask? These fine folks tried charging the insurance company another few thousand dollars to bring their shoddy work up to snuff. This strikes me as unethical at best and insurance fraud at worst. I was utterly dumbfounded that these guys were asking me to be a party to this with a straight face. That was the last I ever heard from Bay Ridge Honda-- until they called me six months later to inform me that my Honda was due for its 30k mile service and I needed to bring it in. That vehicle has no scheduled 30k service. Nice try, guys. I cannot speak to the sales department, but my experience suggests that you avoid the service department at Bay Ridge Honda at all costs.

If I could make it 0 stars, I would. We had just purchased our 2015 Odyssey, after less then 500 miles, it caught a check engine light. Called in, to make an appointment, service advisor said that I wouldnt be able to have my car seen till the end of the week and if the light isnt blinking, I "should be okay". Mind you, WE JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM THEM. I was extremely understanding, and said I would come in on Friday and made the appointment. Friday comes, I bring my car in, Im told that they will look at it by 6pm. 6pm comes, no call. Next day, no call. I wait till Monday, missing a brand new car, I call them, the advisor, Steve Harris, informs me that my engine is low on oil, even though there was no oil pressure light, only a check engine light. I let him know, that its impossible because I checked the dipstick, he assures me. I pick up the car, get on the highway, and the same check engine light comes back. Honestly, this dealership is worse then a bunch of liars, they are cheating scoundrels. The manager, I think his name is Rich, or Ritchie whatever you wanna call it, can be heard shouting profanities from his office, and his workers are all clueless monkeys walking around. The nastiest, rudest advisor at that dealership is Elaine Bruno. I had her on the phone once, explaining I had just brought my car there, she quickly rushed me off the phone and said there booked all week. I will be letting Honda Corporate know of this DESPICABLE crap they pull, and I hope soon, they lose their dealership. Open Road was a hundred times better, and I dont know why Audi decided to give Bay Ridge the license, instead of Open Road. Mob-Owned Dealerships, thats why. Classic definition of a stealership.
