Were from out of town during some painting and such for my Aunts house. We had awesome service at the other Guadaluoe on Zazamora, we had to come to this one because they ran out of the shingles and paint, so we came to this one instead. The young sarcastic man that was helping out was a bit useless. We showed him the can we had bought from the other Guadalupe store. Showed him that yes the labels were the same but the colors were different. He said it was the same. We tried to get him to open it and he said that if it did t match he would pay for my gas to come back. Really! All he had to do was open the can and not be an ass. Need help with your customer service.

Employees are extremely helpful and when the questions become a little more technical the are always plenty of contractors in store who are will to answer questions, explain issues, and even off guidance and support on their own accord. Love this place. (Im a DYI kind of guy and will no longer visit home depot or lowes)

When it comes to new employees Sergio and John Ritz are very unfair lot of favoritism. ..they be trying to enforce rules about cell phones and hard hat s but John and Sergio are not a good rolemodel they are continuously on their cell phones chatting bout nonwork related business.
