I received a call from Steve Keller after the incident. He listened and work out a solution to my satisfaction and he made it right. Will I go back? Yes. Anyone who takes the time to call and work it out deserves another chance. Revised my rating to 5 stars for exceptional customer service. I purchased a number of palettes of pavers and when I paid for it the person taking the money said I would have them delivered in 3 days. Awesome!..NOT. I returned the next day to pick up washed sand to place it down before the pavers arrive but I was told by the same person who took my money that it would be between 2 and 3 weeks. Of course he blamed his computer not ever showing the accurate amount of inventory. Bottom line, I wasted my time!!! This is the second time Ive had difficulty with Keller materials. While I doubt my business loss wont hurt them, I only hope my review will provide caution to others. If I could rate Keller with a negative star...I would (Although "Hated it" works for me.

Updated my rating due to the owner standing by his products and making things right. After my initial review i received a call from Steve Keller himself. I Purchased 40 yards of the pecan mulch. With in two weeks my house was infested by snow fleas also known springtails. The mulch is litterally swarming with the critters. Billions of them! they are now residing in the walls of my home and appear in the thousands to great us everymorning on our floors, sinks and countertops. All of the mulch is at least 20 feet away from the foundation and they have still found a way in. Mr. Keller has since covered the cost of pest control. I appreciate a business standing behind their product.

I rarely write reviews for businesses I visit but I have been so impressed with Keller from top to bottom that this review is a near necessity. From the first visit (we have made 3) we have been greeted by a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. We have felt like we were the most important guests there every time; even before they knew what or how much we were buying. Great layout in the yard, beautiful stones and excellent staff (including the owner who helped us with every decision we made and the delivery driver who was very polite and efficient) insure our return business. Thanks Keller!!!

I had not been to Kellers material yard in a few years and was astounded by the great new remodel! Everything was very neat, clean and organized. Their new displays really help you to visualize what your project can turn out like. The employees were very helpful with figuring the amounts of material we would need and which material would keep us under our budget. We ended up purchasing a fountain we were not even in the market for because it was so unique! Its definitely worth your time to visit them and shop their huge selection.

Very helpful staff, that will answer your questions and will accommodate your requests and will take the time to show you what they have available. This might sound strange, but one big difference is the quality of vehicle/yard loading staff. They did an excellent job with loading the material evenly on the trailer with out having to be told how like most box store staff. Overall very helpful and friendly staff will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ordered gravel, described drop off got on the schedule. Driver shows up and is afraid recent rain would get his truck stuck. His call and probably legit to this point. Then things the dispatcher informs me that they want me to pay for the delivery fee twice. Nothing doing! The weather at their facility was the same as at mine. I accurately described a drive through an alley and a hole in my fence. Im not going to pay for what I did not receive.

I have been using Kellers since I built my house. Every time I come to this business I get the best help. They are more than willing to help me figure out how much material I would need for the next project. They always have a great selection of materials and new unique things to take home for a reasonable price. Keller Material is the best place in San Antonio. Friendly staff, great service keep up the great work!

Been going to Keller for many years. First over at their old location off IH 410 when I lived out off Loop 1604. Always had what I needed, very friendly and professional. The free air station is a big plus! Not many places check to see if you need help in the yard...the yard guys are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly...they are the best!

Pavers are cheaper but retaining wall bricks are cheaper at lowes. Make sure you know what you want because they charge you 10 percent on returns and 5 percent restocking on delivery orders even if they didnt take it out yet. I will never use them again. Pretty greedy company In the future I will just use a price match.

Great products and knowledgeable employees. My one complaint is about their delivery services. I live only 12 minutes away from their Selma location. Keller charged me $100.00+ for a delivery that probably took them a total of less than hour to load, deliver, and return to their site. Too much.

Whatever you can possibly think you need you can find here! The salesman are very knowledgable and go out of their way to help you. Their prices are reasonable and you can complete your project inexpensively and with confirmation on if you are going about it the right way. AWESOME BUSINESS!!

Ordered sand for our pool project over the phone. I miscalculated the amount of sand. Called in a day before delivery added 2 more tons. They said no problem, awesome. Got it delivered on time at 8am on a Saturday..

This company has more inventory than most material companies. Mulch is priced competitively but stepping stones etc. can be up to 30% more expensive. It adds up quickly.
