Purchased a used lawn mower from here. From the first day, the lawn mower did not work. Thought it was a battery problem but multiple batteries did not work. When I called to see if we could exchange the lawn mower they said all sales are final. Worker even added that when lawn mowers are donated they just take their word that it works. They dont make sure they work or test them before putting it on the shelf. I would recommend testing everything out while you are in the store. If they allow it, have the lawn mower or whatever run for 5 minutes BEFORE you purchase it, otherwise you might be out a decent amount of money.

The place was kinda below average for a home improvement store, but guess what? Not just a home improvement store. The people there you know are decent folk, since they are working for a charity with proven results, and the stuff they sell if at a fair price. Honestly, if you need to get something done around the house, look here first. Gotta find that balance where taking care of yourself take care of more then just yourself.

Prices are supper high and there is no warranties, stuff new is a lot less then the prices here, its donations!
