It has been brought to our attention that the reviews on google are not good. It is unfortunate that only dissatisfied customers use this feature of google. If you look at Facebook, you would get a better idea of our rating. In my 4 years of business (approx. 1000 receipts), we have upset 3 customers to the point they wrote a negative review. We take this seriously as reviews are the only way to get a feel for a business and would like a chance to explain. Each upset customer has had an issue due to their own negligence explained below: Toilet - Customer bought 3 toilets, upon installation he finds bowl cracked. Cracked porcelain is the only thing we can not guarantee because there is no way to tell when damage occurred. *Prevention tip for future customers - open box and check toilet to ensure no damage. Door - Mr. Robinson purchased a door and was informed of our policy to hold material for 30 days if needed. He did not leave an address or phone number, just stated he would call to set up a time to pick it up. Many months passed and therefore we assumed door was abandoned. A woman calls nearly a year after purchase date wanting door. I explained the door was sold to a Mr. Robinson and that I would like to talk to him, she got upset and hung up. *Prevention tip for future customers - Stay in contact with the store if you leave your material. We would have kept longer than 30 days if customer stayed in contact. Tile - Not on my google review, but was upset and may be the only 1 star review on Facebook (not sure). Woman drives from St. Louis to purchase tile. She finds many different tiles and proceeds to load her vehicle. At the time I did not have an employee who could operate a forklift, so they loaded their own vehicle while I was busy with other customers. She calls later that day explaining she was "shorted" tile. *Prevention tip for future customers - If you are unsure how to load appropriate amount of tile, ask for help. We have hundreds of very satisfied customers that have come back many times throughout the years. References are always available upon request.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! Joshua took our $650.00 and we never got the door for which we PAID IN FULL! He said he would hold out purchase during our home renovation until needed. He resold it and never contacted us. In trying to talk with him about his unethical business practices, he claimed that our receipt was invalid, he was not a storage facility and he hung up. We will be pursuing the matter legally.

Joshua is the best toilet sales man in town. If you end up getting one from him make sure you check the materials in the box prior to leaving. He doesnt take returns and will assume you broke it. So you might as well flush your money down the same toilet. Oh wait you cant because he sold you a broken one. What a Bush League Operation.
