I am hopeful that the dealership will be willing to correct their error and I will be able to change this review. People make mistakes and mistakes can be corrected. I purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey from the dealer. After a string of incidents proving the vehicle to be unreliable, we decided to trade it in. Upon attempting to trade it in we learned that the vehicle had been in an accident that caused significant damage resulting in a bent frame and uni-rail. This damage significantly affects the value of the vehicle. I was able to contact the auction company who sold the vehicle to Project One Auto. They confirmed that a vehicle condition report containing this information was provided to Project One Auto. Project One Auto did not disclose the damage to me as required by New Jersey state law. I had all of this information verified by a third-party, Experian Auto Check, one of the largest credit reporting agencys, through their auto records division. I have attached photos confirming my communication with them and their confirmation of the damage disclosure at the auction to the dealer prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I have spoken with the vice President, John Armstrong, telephonically and via email several times in an attempt to resolve this matter. He has offered to purchase the vehicle back for the wholesale price, this does not account for the amount that I owe on the vehicle or the damages that I have sustained as a result of the error on their part. I have only asked John to purchase the vehicle back for the amount that I owe and to pay for the return shipping. There is a $3000 difference between what he has offered and what it would cost me to get the vehicle back to him. So far he has been unwilling to negotiate. This represents an $18,000 loss to a working family with three kids. We cant afford to run out and buy a new car because the dealer failed to disclose information that they knew about. While Im deployed overseas with the US Army my wife is left at home to deal with this and Project One Auto has so far been unhelpful. At this time I cannot recommend this company to anybody and I would caution all to stay away. Again, I am hopeful that theyre willing to resolve this matter quickly and ethically.

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Project One Auto and I could not recommend this dealership enough! As a first time buyer, the process can be intimidating and overwhelming and I was already discouraged before coming to Project One. With previously having a horrible experience at another dealership, I was expecting the same pushy sales tactics. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken by John to see the car I came across on their website that very same morning. A total hands-off process, we were given as much time as we needed to check the car inside-out, turn it on, and take it for a test drive with NO pressure whatsoever. Needless to say, the cars at this dealership speak for themselves. The purchasing process was nothing but smooth, honest, and transparent. All of my questions regarding the history of the car, previous owners, maintenance, and all of the paperwork were answered openly by John. This was greatly appreciated being my first time purchasing a vehicle. Not to mention, the fair pricing offered at this dealership. Any doubts or concerns regarding the car I was more than welcome to bring in my own mechanic to check the vehicle before making a purchase, but I fell in love with my car right then. I walked out feeling great about my choice and in knowing I got a good deal. I do not regret buying my vehicle from Project One Auto, they are truly redefining the car buying experience!

Got a great deal and Im very happy with my 09 BMW 328i coupe. I worked with John throughout my purchase and he answered all my questions very thoroughly. Very professional, upfront, honest and personable. No pressure sales and allowed me to look over the car (as well as test drive) on my own without looking over my shoulder the whole time. Their financing and purchasing process was a breeze and I was in and out after a couple hours. My local mechanic gave the car a once over after I purchased the car (I live in NC) and noticed one of the thrust rod bushings was leaking. This wasnt a big deal to me since I paid well below book value for the car. The 30-day warranty only covers drive train but Dan at Project One offered to fix the problem with free labor, I only had to pay for the parts. Gestures like this go a long way in my book. These guys clearly know what theyre doing and truly want their customers to be happy. The entire process from start to finish has been extremely smooth. Id gladly do business with them again and theyll be the first place I look for my next car purchase.

My name is David from Englewood, NJ. It was clear to see from my very first contact with John and Project One that our experience would be a great one. I am VERY skeptical when it comes to buying a used car, especially a Porsche for the first time. John and his staff were wonderful, every step of the way. leading to our purchase of a 2005 Silver Porsche Boxster Convertible. John - if you are reading this - my fiance has been driving a company car for nineteen years. This was her gift to herself (well, US!) for working so hard. We are LOVING it, and even found the opportunities to drive her during this ridiculous winter we had. The car needed some basic service items and Project Ones on staff mechanics did a wonderful job getting our Boxster safely on the road. We will enjoy this car for years to come...of this I am sure. We HIGHLY recommend Project One. They are knowledgeable, friendly, TRUTHFUL, and competitive, What more can you ask for???

I wanted to purchase used Prius so I went to few Toyota Dealership to get certified vehicle thinking that they will have professional services. It was a nightmare. Toyota Univxxxx tried ripping me off by charging outrageous fees (over $3,000 on top of advertised price) and interest rate at 9% and other Toyota dealers offered bait and switch tactics, offering low price but high interest financing DESPITE I had pre-approved bank check from Chase under 3.5% (my credit is over 800). Tired and fed up, I found Poject One on Edmunds, saw many positive ratings and decided to give a try. I met John, who I think works at the office was very helpful, upfront honest gentleman. There are no rings and bells, no hidden charges, clear and honest place. From test drive to closing everything was a breeze. They even offered better financing than my bank at 2.1% through Wells Fargo. This was my best car purchase experience ever! Thank you Project One!

I purchased a fabulous Mercedes Sprinter van from Project One and worked with both Dan and John. I took the bus up from Virginia with my daughter two days before New Years eve in order to drive my van home. They had everything done the way they said they would and I was in & out in 30 minutes time. The whole thing went very smooth and I consider it a job well done. Not only would I highly recommend them, but I have already told them which vehicles I am looking to purchase through them next. With all the beautiful cars they have at their facility, I think made trouble for myself allowing my 16 year old to see all of the Corvettes, Porsches, Aston Martins, etc because now she will never settle for the old family Mazda MPV I have been trying to pawn off on her. If you love beautiful cars, then you are in for a treat in their warehouse.
