I usually purchase online and if I ever shop in store I usually visit the Sephora in Jcpenny. Twice I decided to visit the main Sephora store. Some employees seem genuine and willing to help but the two times I went one woman thought I was going to steal and another got sassy with me because I repeatedly told her off the bat I wasnt sure what my grandmothers skin type was. Her rude tone of telling me "well how can I help you if you dont know". I excused myself and said thank you but no thanks . I will not ever step foot in that Sephora ever again. The manager needs to really train these older women how to be more willing to interact with their customers. So disappointed and disgusted with the way these women are.

I absolutely love the products from Sephora and whatnot, but the employees do not know the definition of customer service. Me and my friend were testing some makeup and they would give us dirty looks. We assum they thought we were stealing cause in a matter of minutes, securities arrived. I was testing a foundation and I decided to take something else. As we were leaving they asked me where exactly I put the foundation.. That being said I felt so insulted I left.. Terrible employees.

Went in to get some samples of some foundation because I wanted to try something new. When I walked in a lady told me to wait for someone to come swatch me. I walked around the store waiting for someone and Ive waited for like 45 mins to a hour. The lady didnt even seem like she cared. Poor customer service, never coming back. Ulta has my money!

I absolutely love shopping at Sephora I just dread the idea of having to get crappy customer service. It happens all the time! The employees always follow me around but never bother to ask if I need help. They make me feel so uncomfortable. Dear management, please do something.

As an ex employee, managers were extremely rude when it came to customers asking about certain products and making fun of them over the walkies they have. Do your research before and dont ask for help.
