Worse experience EVER. I went for a haircut and I just wanted them to cut my ends. she totally gave me a super UGLY hair cut. I dont even know what she did. she was just like I need to cut more here because this and I need to cut more here and cut more here. I mean she had already messes it up cause I had just asked to cut some ends that were coming out from the very bottom (since I have a bob). then she blow dry my hair and puts a lot of spray. my hair felt ugly. I guess she was already in a hurry because she was living. by the way she was putting on lipstick and had me waiting. her name was LINDA by the way. worse experience.....

This place is disgusting. The employees dont help and are always busy chatting. Almost all the testers are broken or missing. They should be replacing items instead of wasting time chatting. Supply of items are always low to none. They never seem to have anything available. Not once has the cashier asked for me to use my points.

I like the discounts, coupons are awesome, but at this Ulta I never get anyone to help me. They just welcome you at the door but from there on, no help or guidance. I might be there when the good customer service employee is absent because it is ridiculous. I wish the passion and right attitude with the workers there improve.

The staff isnt helpful. I didnt need help so it wasnt that big of a deal. My biggest problem was the store wasnt very organized and they had low stock on items that should have been over flowing. Such as Tarte and Too Faced products.

1 long line. I have seen people leave even though items are in hand once they see the line. This store would sell alot more if they changed the checkout process. Everyone is very nice and helpful but the line...horrible...

This place is horrible. It is always ransacked And employees are useless. I hate to leave such a negative review but cant help it with this place. Please improve management or replace it with a better one.

Cashier kept dropping stuff out of the bag, and now im home looking for my Hot Red NYX Slim Lip Pencil which is my receipt but not in the bag. She couldnt even bother double checking the floor!
