I know a lot of individuals keep saying rude things about the customer service but I had nothing but a positive experience going in there. I went with my brothers to purchase a couple things for an event we have this coming weekend and my brothers were actually surprised Ulta had men grooming items. They really enjoyed the items they found for their beards. The customer service was a great experience for me, but I am a big makeup fanatic so I knew exactly what to tell them when they ask what kind of foundation I was looking for, from the type of skin I have to the problematic areas on my face. Both customer service individuals I spoke too were nothing but nice and very outgoing in talking to me and making sure I loved the product I was buying before I left. But everyones experience is different, I honestly think though this has probably been one of my better ones for me. But again I already do know a lot about makeup so it was easy for them to recommend a foundation for me with my knowledge and key things I wanted in a foundation.

Customer service needs alot of improvement. I was approached by an employee asking if I need any help, which I did, only for employee to be distracted by another customer who approached her at the same time, and I was forgotten. After that, I roamed the store in search of skincare product and no other employee stopped by to ask if I needed help again. Perhaps I may give this location another opportunity to make up for their lack of great customer service before Im completely loyal to Sephora, or keep it frustrating-free and buy directly online for all my beauty product purchases.

After reading reviews it seems Im not the only one that thinks the customer service here needs help. Wondered around for half hour and was never asked for help which is understandable because holiday time is hectic. So I seeked out an available employee. Two hairdressers were talking and the woman I asked for help had gone over to that area. When I asked for help she literally said "I came over here to hide" and told me to give her a minute. She was putting on lipstick when I asked her. Needless to say ulta did not get my shopping money today.

Really bad customer service!! every single time i go they are either in a corner gossoping or they are trying makeup amongs them selves. dont even bother asking them for help they will respond rudely or with an "IDK" and dont offer any otger way to help u. Yes lines are long but are quick to charge. Love going to Ultra but the customer svc there is terrible and it never fails everytime i go. Sticking to sephora.

If youre going in for a specific product, its ok, unless you count the eternally long line and the only cashier answering phones while cashing you out. Everyone else seems to be avoiding people or hiding in the back. If youre going in with questions and expecting help, go somewhere else. The only really helpful person is the young lady at the Benefit Brow Bar.

The employees at this ulta are incredibly rude and not helpful. I asked a woman for help and she very reluctantly offered info. I thought this might just be a fluke situation and so asked another woman and got a similar response. The Ulta in McAllen is way better. In McAllen theyre helpful and nice.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Every single worker avoided me even when I called their attention. There was only 3 other people shopping in the store so I dont understand why they were hiding. This place doesnt deserve my money.

Calm store which is nice even during holiday time No one offers for help and literally on the drugstore side more than half of the items dont half prices on them had to keep asking this poor lady to check for me
