I bought my very hard working and very deserving husband a massage for his birthday...I was told the 30 min would be over very fast, the 1Hour would be more relaxing and hot stones would be used..etc , which I agreed, so I purchased the 1 hour massage and I was so excited and happy, bc his back is his job!! It pays our bills! He needed this, and was soo looking forward to it. So when we got there, the masseuse never looked, spoke, or even said hi to me. (Which she knew I bought the session for my husband bc the cs rep told me she had told her and spoke to her about the whole situation and reasoning Im purchasing this birthday gift for my hubby) So that didnt make for a warm welcome and thanks for your service, and lets discuss what her process and techniques are..just walked up, told my husband are you ready? (Which we were 15 minutes early) and said come on...and turned to go to the back and left me standing there.. Ok so I left, planned on coming back in 50 mins to bring her a greatly appreciated nice sized cash tip... But in 30 mins he called, said he was done, and was walking down the shopping strip,??..? (I didnt even have time to pull her money from atm).. The masseuse told him "all he needed was 30 minutes." And "we could use the rest of the gift money on store product!! Or even come later for another massage..??." Ugh are you serious?? That is NOT what I purchased! That kinda bummed him, and REALLY HURT AND UPSET ME! So she got NO TIP!!! Which is how she gets paid. I hope she reads this and will learn and get her biggest tip of all...what NOT to do, to earn your pay! bc making the one that is PAYING for the service is the ONE you kiss butt to in order to get paid...that would of been ME!.. lady... and NO!!! My husband needed the whole hour that was payed for!! Not what you "felt" like doing! You were wrong for that! And had you discussed this with us when I was standing there, or taken me to the back to show us together what you can do, we could have discussed the 30 min and you could have still gotten payed, but obviously what ever problem youre personal life has you brought it to work... and it showed, and you sabotaged your self, and lost two potentially great paying clients...Which is what you need to be successful....regular clients that return to you... As for the store it self, nice lady behind the counter, very easy to talk to and nice...liked her customer service! :-)
