Attendant was rude, and made mean comments about my features. Also kept ignoring me when I suggested a certain brand. Your job is to make your guests happy. Not to push your favorite products because they work for you. Or to point out flaws. I love my flaws and never once said I wanted to change my face. All I wanted was to even my skin tone. Not everyone has the same skin types or favorite brands or same skin issues. I prefer a specific brand for a reason. She wouldnt let me get a word in or even let me describe what I was looking for. I went to another Sephora location and spent my 165.23 there instead. I live right behind this location but will drive the extra 20 mins. from now on to another sephora.

I visited the store about a week ago. I have been looking for a foundation.I asked an employee for a sample. I work with people who have worked for the company, so I thought this was standard. The women who helped me was middle aged and somewhat resembled a drag queen. She acted disgusted as if I was ripping the place off. I hesitantly asked for a second sample, she gave it to me but with underhanded passive aggressive remarks. The kind of remarks you can get away with in writing. I have never been the type to write a review before but this unfriendly "diva" really rubbed me the wrong way. My friends and I left with at least 500 dollars in merchandise, it just seemed petty and unnecessary.

I asked for help three times and got the same uninterested attitude all three times from three different young women. When I checked out and was asked if anyone helped me, I just said no. I couldnt even begin to go into the unpleasant experience. Really? I doubt any of them have a college credit among them. I went in with a specific list of items and the employees kept passing me off, even though it was fairly simple to find the products. Four employees were standing together chatting when I "interrupted them" to ask a question. They acted so annoyed. I went in because I didnt want to drive to the mall to get what I needed. Next time I will go to the trouble. Terrible, terrible service.

For the most part, Its always nice to shop here. Prior to this, the majority of the staff is pleasant and helpful. There are a few exceptions and they should be noted. For one, I recently went in to exchange two products that were breaking me out. I called in advance to see if it was ok. When I went to the register, I received a lukewarn greet from a girl with purple hair. She proceed to question me as though I were scamming her. Phrases like "you did give that a good use," and rolling her eyes. I am afraid that her overall demeanor along with her tone are not qualities I see as customer oriented. I will be shopping strictly online now and make this strictly my return destination.

As soon as I went in I had a woman look me up and down for about 5 minutes, judging my attire for sure. Im a nanny to 5 kids and just got off, I was wearing nikes, some yoga pants and a workout jacket. She then proceeded to ask what I needed and I told her just browsing around because I like to shop alone. The entire time that I was shopping I had an older woman following me around talking into her headset about everything I was putting in. I understand they have to be cautious about theieves but I ended up putting everything back and walking out I felt so uncomfortable. Worst experience. Ill just do my shopping online from now on

I really dont understand the negative reviews! I go to this location at least once a week and its amazing. Like all other shops in University Park Village it will get crazy busy on the weekend making it hard to find an associate, so I suggest going on a weekday. Ive always found the associates to be nice and helpful - theyre always offering free samples or slipping them in with purchases. The store also has a good selection of products (you can check on the app to see if theyll have a product in stock). If they dont have the shade/color you need theyll set up shipping for you which is great.

I went to this location today and had the most pleasant customer service experience ever, in cosmetics. Bree is the sales representative who gave me all of her undivided attention. She listened to my concerns and didnt try to quickly shove products down my throat, or overload me with information. She even asked if I was okay with the pace of conversation we were moving at. Im very confident that every product she recommended are ones I will continue to buy. Really enjoy this particular store.

This place can get swamped on a Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening and then its hard to find someone to help you. But when you can nab an associate they are always so helpful. I prefer to go on a weekday when I know its not going to be busy. The store has everything set up for you to play around and try the makeup yourself: tissues, cotton swabs, rubbing alcohol and sanitizer, well lit mirrors, etc

I went to this location cause i had a bad experience at my location and i have to say these ladies were awesome very welcoming i had the pleasure Of working with miss Jessica very gorgeous young lady she was beyond helpful, i will say this i will from now on go out of my way to come back and shop here, being i live in burleson but thank u Jessica and the other ladies at this location!

By far worst customer service ever! Literally serviced myself the three times Ive visited. No one ever asked me for any help at all or greeted me at all just horrible! A beautiful store with a pretty god stock of products but horrible service I definitely wont be visiting that Sephora anymore.

Had a really good experience. I am a male and only frequent this type of store when my GF makes me go with her. Suffice it to say, the experience today, 2pm Jun.01, was a very pleasant one. Mary promptly attended us and helped me choose a moisturizer. Thanks!

Jessica did such a great job helping me achieve the look I hoped for with my eyebrows! She was very knowledgeable and guided through different products I was curious about. She really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her for any questions you may have.

I came in once and I got snubbed pretty hard by all the people working there. Mind you I had a full face of make up on... The second time I came in with no make up on and I couldnt keep workers from asking me if I needed help. It was interesting...

Joanne was such an amazing job on my bridal makeup! She was so great about making sure the makeup fit my skin tone , and really made me feel like a queen with the facial care and the amazing work she did on me! Will be requesting her from now on :)

I didnt have a problem at this store. I went on a Monday night and one nice lady helped match my color and gave me a couple free samples and I didnt even make any purchases. She even thanked me for asking for samples because no one ever does.
