The absolute worst workers there. My sister and I went to buy a bath sponge. And a little earlier, when we walked in, she saw a makeup pallete that she was going to take a picture of to send to my mom so she could add it to her Christmas list. The sponges were buy one get one 50% off so she bought me one too and told me to go pay for it while she went to take a picture of the pallete. My sister went and then decided to come and show me which one she wanted then she saw that I had already gotten in line at the register so she put the pallete down and came to where I was. Im in line and I pay for it then my sister comes up behind me and tells me never mind theyre too expensive. Then all of a sudden one of the workers asked her what she did with the pallete in her hand. My sister replies and points I put it down over there. And one of the workers says "ILL GO CHECK" and she never does. They basically were pushing her into a corner questioning where she put it and if they could check her bag. My sister again says "I put it over there go look". And the woman says "no you didnt because its not there. I need to look in your bag" My sister says "No you may not." Then I step in and say "This is ridiculous. Check your freakin cameras." And they kept pestering us and following us until we walked out the door. This is not the first time they did this to her. They have done this to my sister before. She has anxiety and sweats when there are many people around then shell start to shake. Lord knows that store is croweded as heck. Its ridiculous they accused my sister of stealing not once but TWICE. I get it that youre a make-up place and you get stolen from pretty often but thats no excuse to be complete a-holes when youre clearly in the wrong. Im NEVER going back there! You people suck!

While I love Ulta and have not had a bad experience with their stylists, their policies need work. I booked an appointment in July with my usual stylist, however yesterday when I called to change the time (I got an interview and they had only one time available), I was told that my regular stylist was no longer with Ulta and that no other stylists had availability. This would not have been an issue, if 1.) I had been notified of the change and 2.) If the date of the appointment was not my only day off that week. This is not the first time a regular stylist has left the company and no one has notified me. I dont have the time to drive over an hour out of my way to another Ulta and I dont have the luxury of taking time off from work to get my hair done. If the company changes their notification policy, I will once again be glad to refer friends/relatives to the salon. The stylists, themselves are good...I have unusually thick and coarse hair and very few salons actually have stylists who are trained on that type of hair.

Ulta has almost everything what I want including affordable and high end. I spend like $200 almost every month to buy my stuff. I try to avoid online shopping due to some reason so I have to go the store whatever and whenever I need anything. The reason of giving two star for this store review is because when I first used to buy my things there they used to give so many samples. But now they have completely stopped giving any of them. I am not asking free things just because I spent $200 each time but sometime you just want to try new things but not confident enough to buy or spent the money on things that you are not sure. I tried asking twice but since there reaction is so weird whenever I ask some sample, I have stopped asking at all. I dont want to embarras myself for free products but I felt we are worth to try some new free samples after all I am there regular customer since last year. But if there will be no changes watsoever than I would definitely choose another store for my makeup products.

Im giving Ulta 3 stars because you dont really know what you going to get walking in. Ive been to the store and still go...around 10-15 to as a year. Im a make up fiend. Sometimes when I go...the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Ready to wait on you hand and foot and the store is lovely and clean...well stocked and smells good. Other times...the staff are rude and irritable. I usually ask opinions on new products on the girls wearing more make up and looks the most made up. For obvious reasons. And they can make you feel like just looking at them is just too stressful . like asking what they think of Bare Minerals New lip gloss in Sugar is sticky on the lips or smooth and silky. Like that really overwhelms them and they get rude and reply with "dunno. Dont use it. Havent." ect and the store is messy and has nothing in stock...so for me...it just depends. I try to go early morning before the girls are worn out..tired and assumes everyone is stealing.

The area was messy and this store was out on every product I wanted to see. Some examples include all the Urban Decay Naked Pallettes, several NYX lipsticks, and Tarte blushes. They also dont refill their testers once theyve been used up. However, the associates were helpful, had information on when things would be restocked, and check out was fast.

The product selection and prices were great, but check-out was ridiculous. The "beauty consultant ", Tara, stared blankly and demanded my phone number. She did not smile or speak during the transaction. She did chew her gum vigorously. She gave me the total in a bored monotone and thanked me in a desultory manner. I was underwhelmed.

Will never use salon again! I would have been better off going to pro-cuts. Thats about the experience there stylist have with over rated cost...had to go to a real stylist to fix color and cut ..... pretty bad when you catch people staring at your hair because it is that bad ....and( Nowhere close) to what I asked for!!!!!

Ulta helped me soooooo much with trying to find the perfect things for me to complete either a simple or flashy look. The staff was helpful to direct me to personal favorites and also explained why they were so good. Their friendliness helped me in a lot of ways, thanks!

Horrible customer service. Went in and the cashier, Tara, didnt even say hello. Just asked for my phone number in a snappy tone. Then as we were finishing the checkout - mumbled under her breath "goodbye". First and last time Ill be going to that store.

A huge variety of make-up, hair products, styling tools, fragrances, and much more! The salon is clean, with expert people, the brow bar is amazing, and every sales person I have interacted with is pleasant.

Who doesnt love makeup!! Best selection outside of the mall. Only thing that bothers me... is the store is too small for all their merchandise. Wheeling a stroller through is very difficult
