I received such poor treatment today during my experience at Sephoras Fort Collins location that it was my last. This is actually the second time I have been made to feel so unwelcome; I dont know why I came back a second time. As you may know, Beauty Insider members receive perks, such as birthday gifts. I went in to redeem my gift and was accused by the cashier of scamming the store. When I went to the store and brought an item to the cash register, I let the cashier know I was a Insider member, and that I wanted to redeem my birthday gift. Saying that there was no record of a birthday gift for me (then why did I get a postcard in the mail saying I did?) the cashier looked uncertain and I so I showed her my postcard. When this still didnt satisfy her, I asked whether it would be a problem if she gave me my gift, even if it wasnt in the system and told her not to worry about it if it was such a big deal. Then the cashier said that another woman, who lived in my town outside of Fort Collins, had come in, with a dog (!), to return items on her daughters behalf, and had gotten the birthday gift for the daughter, while she was there. Apparently that meant to the cashier that I must be the daughter, as I happened to live in the same town. I am 27 years old; my mother hasnt shopped for me since I was a child. And even though I said as much to cashier, she continued to ask me questions and I even tried telling her my mother didnt own a dog. Even as the cashier finally rang up my purchase, she continued to look at me disbelievingly. What I should have done was asked for a manager; if I hadnt been so shocked by the unwarranted and bizarre interrogation over a little birthday gift, I would have done so. Instead, Im writing this review to let others know of this and will be calling the store as well. I recommend shopping at Ulta, instead. They may not carry every brand that Sephora does, but their customer service puts Sephora to shame.

Ive shopped at this Sephora three times now. Each time the service has gotten worse. The employees are very reluctant to help you and they do not approach you when you enter the store, instead you have to track them down. If you can manage to get their attention they do the bare minimum to assist you. The first two times I shopped there they had a decent amount of customers in the store, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were just feeling rushed. But when I went there yesterday there was five customers (including myself and my younger sister) and at least five employees, and they STILL couldnt be bothered. My sister wanted help finding a new foundation for summer. The first woman we asked pointed to the tester station and said, "You can try them over there." then walked off. The next woman we asked told her to try some BB and CC creams, then walked away. One employee actually color matched her but then told her to go try some on with a sponge and went to talk to employee #1. I have never had such terrible service at Sephora. Combine that with their smaller selection and this is a location I will never shop at again. I would strongly suggest going to any other Sephora. When you are spending this much money on makeup and skin care you should at least know its being sold to you by someone knowledgeable who cares to help you find the right product.

I went to your store on 2720 Council Tree Ave Suite #124 in Fort Collins Colorado 80525 If I could give this store a 0 I would! I was appalled at the service there. Not once was I approached during my hour long visit. I was looked at but never welcomed or asked if I needed help. I was looking for holiday items but left with nothing because no associate asked me if I needed assistance. I noticed other customers were being helped but I was not acknowledged. I had never had a problem with a Sephora before but at this location even the cashier was rude. I work in customer service and I know that this is not how you treat customers who come to spend their money at your store. I will never be shopping there again and hopefully others do not experience what I experienced. Horrible costumer service!

Ladies did a great job of finding me the eye liner of my dreams. Its amazing. Its going to save me 15-20 minutes a day. Absolutely KILLER! Foundation? I am never ever happy with it. Ive spent hundreds at Sephora trying to get the right one. Ive tried Make-up forever, Nars, Bare Minerals, Dior, and (non-sephora) Mac, you name it! I used Lancome in the past and loved it, but somehow totally forgot they existed. The make-up artist/saleswoman helped me extensively by pointing out this amazing foundation by Lancome that is so silky with my skin. This location is worth a vist!

The people who work here are beyond rude. I am a rouge memeber and a frequent shopper, every time I come in I get someone who is rude. If I didnt like the makeup I would never come here. I love the other Sephoras and will shop there in the future instead. They were also not knowledgeable about lash extensions and what type of makeup to use. My doctor went in there and while leaving the security alarm went off and was told "its okay you have a Tory Burch purse". Several people I know complain about this location and the people who work there. Work on your customer service!

I cant believe how bright my teeth are!! I went to see Kathryn Radtke on Wednesday to have my teeth whitened, I honestly never thought my teeth could look so good. I was in the chair listening to music while they put this thing on my mouth that looked like something from a sci-fi movie... When they took it off, I rinsed my mouth out and was blown away how my coffee stains had just vanished. I tried to do something like this elsewhere once but it didnt do anything. I am going to my sisters wedding next week and I am so happy that my teeth will look as good as my dress!!

I recently visited Sephora with my daughter. Annie Cook approached us with a beautiful smile and excited to help in anyway. Annies knowledge was impeccable. Since I dont know about all the "new" make up and trends, her knowledge was so helpful. She Helped us find everything we needed. Making us feel beautiful and excited to try our new makeup out at home. Which we all know is the best feeling ever. I will be back and definitely will go straight to Annie for help!! Thanks Annie!

I hate the rude attitudes and inattentiveness of almost every employee in this store. They like to share their knowledge, if they are getting your commission. In the 2 years I have been going to this location, I have never been acknowledged before the register - I make it to the back of the store before I get even a hello. I only go into this store to color match if I want to try a new foundation, other than that, I reorder online or check out other stores when Im away!

BAD EXPERIENCE: Its really sad to see some businesses, like Sephora, still practice racism. Im not white. I walked into this store and was looking for someone to help me. An employee, old blonde female, was coming my way. When she saw me standing and waiting for assistance, she turned around and went other way. She did that after she noticed I was not white and blonde. AVOID RACISM, DO NOT SHOP AT SEPHORA
