In no way do I mean this as singling any one staff member out... but as a platinum ulta member for 7 years plus this location was the first I regulated. I find this location to be a bit off kilter and sometimes I feel downright bad for the staff.. many work so very hard and it seems common to have walked through a shopping experience hearing gossip, slander and Mean Girls worthy attitudes. I love Ulta... but this location lost me when they took an embarassing and reactive vs proactive approach as I showed for my facial apt. I was exhausted, over worked and thoroughly ready to indulge in a facial. I was then welcomed by a first smiling face and then low key realized this salon had sh-- listed me when the receptionist proceeded to check with a stylist who then glared my way and then.. without communicating anything, paged a mgr for assistance. All the while I am confused and growing concerned for such a lackluster welcome. The mgr came up hurridly and proceeded to look at a screen being pointed at by the receptionist.... The mgr then proceeded with a grimace and attitude that I had an incorrect number on file and my apt check calls had been going to a woman who hadnt the slightest clue. Now.. 7 year platinum member and my same number worked in pulling me up and giving me rewards so as to how the wrong number was on file for the salon, was beyond my exhaustive comprehension. Needless to say after being treated like the enemy at a store I have been loyal to all these years was frustrating. I decided to buy a skin care set and beautify at home and tbh. I nearly broke off a 7 year relationship with Ulta as a whole bc of this experience. This is a long personal share and I bet many people have better experiences but for me.. this location makes me anxious.

I have NEVER been so unhappy at an Ult Beauty in my life! I went in with my group of friends. One of my friends with me is equally as interested in makeup as I am, but we didnt go to high end makeup stores often and knew very little about who would give samples and who wouldnt. Now, I wouldnt be unhappy had an employee told us Ulta doesnt do samples. Thats why we were there, actually! We came to this Ulta Beauty with a mission: to find out if they give you samples or if that was a Sephora thing. Well, this employee (whose name I didnt catch, but if you put me in a room with her and other employees, Id be able to pick her out) decided to laugh and mock me and my friend about the question we asked. She told us we could be color matched with Clinique and that was all they could sample, which is fine. I asked: "We cant sample other products, then?" to double check. She laughed. The other employee that spoke to us was very nice and understood we were just double checking. However, when he was brought over to speak with us, the woman who laughed at us, repeated my friends question to him in a snotty voice and continued to giggle and smirk while he told us what their deal on samples was. I could have dealt with all of that if only, after we thanked them for helping us, this disgusting woman had not continued to laugh at out question. I will not be coming to this location again because I cannot support such a disgusting, disrespectful, stuck up employee!

DO NOT GO HERE! I called the night before and was quoted a price at 168.00 and 25% would be discounted since its my sisters first time. She wanted a gray ombre color done to her hair. My sister showed the stylist the picture of what she wanted. The stylist than didnt ask any other questions just started to dye my sisters hair. 3hrs later when my sister hair was finally done it was bleached orange, my sister mentioned its not the silver she asked for. The stylist FINALLY took out her book and started to show her the gray colors, when my sister pointed to the grey she asked for since the beginning the stylist replied with, "Thats not what you told me before" and walked away. I asked if I was going to be charged for another color, I was told no. When I got home I started to look over the prices and I was charged for 2 DIFFERENT colors and I was charged at 172.00. When I called to ask about this I was rudely told by Trish, "That if it was such a problem in the beginning I wouldve mentioned it before I left the store, and they NEVER quote prices over the phone." How else would I get that price in my head? I was then told its going to tale 3 DAYS for a Manger to get in touch with me. I have already contacted corporate and WILL be calling this location everyday till I get my money back. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

Is there an option for zero stars?? This place is truly awful when it comes to customer service-looks like all of the other reviews can agree. All of them clearly lack customer service and knowledge in their companies return policy. I went in to return an item without a receipt but I used my rewards so they were able to look it up-and it was within 60 days. So, Im expecting to just get the return back on to my card and NO. For some reason, they "werent allowed" to do that because the system couldnt detect what card I used. Well, Ieft with a merch credit and I looked up he policy on my own. No where doesn it say I cant get my money back because of system error. So I called the manager that ripped me off, we got into an arguement she she hung up on me...TWICE. Not only that but in the store, she was very rude to the other employee. Can we say unprofessional? I called back yesterday to talk with the general manager and she told me the return policy which was exactly as I thought and read before I got into my story...then she put me on hold..came back...and agreed with the other manager!!!! Like how does the policy change that fast!? I refuse to give this place my business or let my family shop there EVER again. Horrible customer service.

The WORST haircut of my life. I have long straight thick hair to my mid back. I do not wash or heat style my hair daily and though colored, it is very very healthy. I have missed a cut for 3 months and the weight of the hair makes it cumbersome to put up, so wanted to take some weight off. The stylist Rachael suggested rather than cutting length, to do layers and thin it. I made the biggest mistake thinking she knew what she was doing. She thinned out 60-70% of my hair. I now look like I have long stringy wisps that I am desperately hanging on to. I feel so devastated. Color can be corrected, even a haircut a little shorter than desired will grow out in a few months. The excessive thinning she did on my mid back length hair will take me well over a YEAR (you only grow 1/2 inch each month). My long ponytail is now equivalent to the feel of my 3 year old daughters. I am so furious and frustrated, thinning the hair is something a hairstylist should know to take slowly!!! She is the WORST hairstylist I have ever been to- it is seriously very hard for me with my long straight hair to ever get a bad haircut, hence why I didnt even think it was possible- boy was I wrong. I am now left devastated.
