My wife, daughter, and I visited this Sprint location this April, 2016. We dealt directly w/Charles, who did an amazing job. He was very professional and his helpful attitude was amazing. Not only did he help us order our new service, but he was instrumental in working issues w/porting over our lines from Verizon. He ended up having to be there after hours for nearly 2 hours assisting us and not once did he complain or hint for us to go somewhere else. We ended up having to order the phones due to the high volume of purchases in the beginning of April. They were the new S7s that had just came out, so this was understandable. The phones arrived in three business days. We met up with Charles again and he was a huge help getting everything setup and transferred over. Overall, our first impressions/experiences with Sprint as our carrier is amazing, all because of the folks at this store. Living in the Petyon/Falcon area, it is hard to find great mobile coverage. We were not getting that w/Verizon (we had even installed over $1.2K worth of cell extender antennas/boosters in our home because it was so bad). Ever since we switched, our service has not been better. No more dropped calls and no more missed MMS texts at home. Great store, great service, great people.

Ive been to the Sprint store in Falcon 4x in the last few months for various reasons (phone upgrade, billing questions, tablet purchase, etc.). Each time, Ive had exceptional customer service from employee Nico Razo. Hes handled all my questions and concerns with the hand of an expert. Believe me when I say this guy is the cream of the crop. He clearly knows the ins and outs of what he does for a living. And his commitment to customer service and professionalism is unparalleled. When I complimented him on his helpfulness, he gracefully volleyed it right back at me, telling me that customers like me and my family are what keeps he and his coworkers wanting to come to work and do their jobs. And it truly feels that way in the Falcon store: Im always greeted by name, and the entire staff is welcoming. What a way to make a customer feel special! Ive been a Sprint customer since before Sprint was Sprint (back in the Nextel era), so Ive dealt with my fair share of Sprint sales reps. This guys the best. ***Update: I just visited the store today and learned that Nico was promoted to store manager. Smart decision on someones part.

This store sucks. I switched to Sprint almost 3 months ago from At&t and Sprint was supposed to send me a prepaid visa to pay the balance of what was left that I owed on my old At&t phone. All you had to do was bring in a copy of your old carriers bill(which I did not once but twice) and here I am left in limbo, about to be turned into collections by At&t over this. Its ridiculous, nowadays you have to babysit people to do their jobs. Ive even called Sprint customer service two different times to try to work this problem out and got indians both times that I couldnt even understand and both said they would call me back after telling me to try registering online which also didnt work. I called the manager Nico yesterday which he said my prepaid visa card order has been processed(which I had no idea because these people dont communicate) and I said I wanted an email confirmation for proof, well he said he was with a customer and would have to call back, and surprise surprise, the call never came. This store is unprofessional and ran by teenagers. Every time I come in, there is rap music blaring.

Nico was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I came into the Sprint store to switch from our current carriers. We were having some issues trying to do it online and our orders kept getting cancelled. We didnt realize that we had a Sprint store so close to our house so we decided to pop in at 7:30 pm. Nico was more than happy to help us and even though it ended up taking a little longer due to some technical difficulties with my previous carrier, he was very accommodating and made sure we got everything that we wanted and got the very best deal. Ive never had a better experience in a cell phone store, and were both very glad that we switched to Sprint! Sierra was also able to come and help out towards the end and the both of them are the epitome of great customer service!! I will now be going into the store for all my cell phone needs. Nico even followed up with me today and let me know about rewards that well receive for switching to Sprint. Thanks guys!!!

I went in this store last night to activate my new sprint phone the came in the mail ( cause my old one got destroyed) that was shipped the next after I put in my claim and it came with a return label also. Not only was I empressed with how fast my phone came, but the service I received from a young man there named Charles, just when I thought are youth was doomed for not having a work ethic and being kind to people, and taking care of buisness. This young man was working by him self and there were three customers in the store at once and he was able to handle my issues very in depth. Take care of all the other customers and keep moving forward with me. I normally dont write reviews but I was blown away how great this young man was. If any of you have any issues with your sprint phone please visit the store in falcon and ask for Charles, if he cant figure it out he will definitely point you in the right direction. Thank you for your help!

After dealing with rude sales people at another sprint store on several occasions while trying to exchange this factory recalled samsung note 7, it was great walking in the FALCON sprint store and receiving EXCELLENT customer service from Nico and Carlos today. I highly recommend the drive to the falcon sprint store if you want to be treated as the valued customer you are. Whats better is we did not even purchase the recalled phone from their location. They could have easily directed me to the initial store where the phone was purchased and deal with these other people again, instead they took care of the problem without making me jump through hoops like the other store. These guys DID NOT try and sell me new products and have their store benefit from this nationwide recall, they just stepped up and took care of the problem. By displaying this behavior we will now take our future business to their store. Thank you gentlemen

We went in to switch providers, granted it did take awhile but we had a lot going on to get everything completed. Even though it took a while (like it would with any provider and our situation) the customer service is phenomenal. Nico and Avery were so helpful and saved me a ton of money and with all the reward money for referrals I will get some money back as well! Another young gal who worked in there was also nice and helped entertain our youngest when she had a moment to do so! Also for the first time I was able to take a call in Wal-Mart (in falcon) and not have any issues with cutting out which I havnt been able to do the whole year we were with T-Mobile. Im so happy to finally have great coverage and a store close to me with phenomenal customer service! You just dont find that kind of customer service very often these days!
