Went into the store to return all the products That I recently bought from a different location in Kentucky at 1st I told Skyler the sales representative that I did not wanna buy anything at all-and that I was just wanting to return all the products. His attitude did not change like most sales people would He said OK lets see what we can do and looked at my profile. While doing so he then told me about newer products that came out so i was interested so he told me more about them. I had no clue i had older models so instead of just getting money back ill be returning my hum+ at original store and going back to him to upgrade to the Humx. He gave me directions to the nearest location & even called to make sure they were opened. Hands down some of the best customer-service Ive had in a long time & i hate sales people lol. He had positive attitude, place was clean & no pushy sales here thanks guys. Skyler & Malcom deserve a raise or free dinner from the boss bc they made a customer for life from me

I went into Go Wireless back on May 23rd to add a line to my existing Verizon account.This was one of my first positive experiences at a cellular service office. The Customer Service Reps were very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Kevin took his time and explained everything clearly for me so that I understood everything. The other Reps at the store were great too. They were all extremely helpful with information and assisted Kevin in my positive visit to that specific location. Thanks guys !

Went in to apply a discount and sell my old Galaxy S5. was able to walk right in and talk to someone that knew what they were doing as well as help my other requests and ended up with a glass screen protector. however it is a gowireless and not an actual verizon retailer, but an authorized one if that is a problem.

I bought 4 phones and 2 tablets here and Manny and Victor were so amazing. They took care of me and answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. I will always come back here. Anyone looking for a phone needs to come here, ask for Manny or Victor they will take good care of you.

Very helpful and they dont try to push you into more expensive plans or phones. Just going in they found that we could upgrade our plan from 4 GB to 6 for free. Best customer service Ive ever experienced at any electronic retailer let alone a phone one.
