Liz the store manager Cheyenne and Regina store associates were unbelievable I went in for a bridal registry not knowing what I was looking for and every one of them stop me asking me if I could help they even went as far as going find me extra boxes helping me wrap the gifts just unbelievable service I cant thank you girls enough

Went in looking for a certain product that was showing on the website. Took about 15 mins to get help but once I did, the guy was really nice and helped the best he could. Since they didnt have the product on hand, he helped me order it online and gave me a discount. He apologized for any inconveniences also.

Went here with my wife and I waited 20 minutes to see someone on the floor to help us with purchasing bedding an what not . No one was out walking everyone working was on registers which was 3 young ladies. Sad part is I wasnt the only one to notice an comment about Noone on the floor helping customers.

Stellar customer service! Went into purchase an item. Not in the store. Associates and manager took time to provide assistance and track down the item then called to provide options for delivery or pick up. Janna, the manager, really went above and beyond. Highly recommend the staff at this location

Their customer service at this location is amazing. My husband had purchased me a heating blanket for Christmas. I noticed yesterday that it had stopped working. He went in today and they exchanged it with no hassle. Thank you bed bath and beyond for giving this tired mommy her heating blanket back

Weve had good experiences here. They have a good return policy and decent selection. The items we get from there are frequently not as durable as we would like, and the prices are only ever spectacular if you use one of their frequent 20% off coupons. Overall its a good place to shop.

Great selection of everything and very friendly staff. Be sure to visit first to get the 20% off code. It takes about 2t b hours to get it, so browse the first day and splurge once you get the 20% off.
