Weve been happy with AT&T for years now, but the service that was provided to us yesterday, by far exceeded our expectations! Knowing my family was due for upgrades and a new plan, we initially went in to see how AT&Ts current plans/offers compared with all the bells and whistles other major service providers were offering at this time. We also had an iPad out of whack, and a questions about a bill adjustment with a familys members inactive usage. Much thanks goes to one of your outstanding employees, Ryan! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about your products, he, after finding out what our issues were, set us up with a plan more favorable than our previous one, and we each walked away with a phone we were completely crazy about! Also, we appreciate Nate for being helpful, and extremely patient while we grilled him about screen protectors and covers. Thanks AT&T!

Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service! These guys went above and beyond for my family & me. Transferring 1 phone number from Verizon, merging another phone number to get us all on a Family Plan was NOT the easiest migration, but these guys took it ALL into their own hands until the task was complete. They ALL contributed to making sure we left the store with exactly what we needed and gave us a bunch of promotions that were running at the time. We ran out of time at the store, as we had dinner reservations and 2 of the employees drove their own cars, on their own time to the restaurant and dropped off our equipment when the transfers & backups were complete. These guys have earned my business for their incredible and outstanding customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

Having been to dozens of AT&T stores across the country, I can say hands down this is easily the worst store Ive ever has the displeasure of going to. The salespeople were arrogant, rude, and very snobby. They would lie about anything and everything to make a sale, and when confronted with evidence contrary to what they were saying they would just insult you. Never in my life have I had a worse customer service experience. The couple who manages this franchise prey on the ignorance of their customers, and would do anything to make a sale. If youre not very tech savvy, stay away from this store as they will try and swindle you. If you are tech savvy, stay away as their ignorance will infuriate you, and they will insult you outright for being more knowledgeable than they are.

I was helped by Chad Briscoe and Dylan Hediger. These two employees were incredible. Ive had the liberty of shopping at this store many times and I have never felt pressured and have always been treated nicely. Dylan got us set up with directv and Chad set up our phones. This store has great chemistry. Im so happy to have such a great store in town. I went back today for some customer service help, and to my surprise my service from Ryan was amazing!! He helped me get my glass screen guard replaced and even registered it for me online! Service like this should be executed all the time. I love the Sunday Ticket application too! When you shop at this store make sure you ask for Dylan, Ryan or Jay. They will take great care of you.

Have never had a good experience here. Both times I have come for service, my experience has been less than optimal. I came in once trying to change my data plan. Waited in line for several minutes listening to the employee talk about his friends jail time, unjust charges, drug paraphernalia, etc. Yikes! My second experience: After speaking with someone on the phone at AT&T, I went in to this store to have a simple SIM card swap. Store said "We cant do that. Its not possible." Frustrated, I went up the street (Parker & Arapahoe) to another AT&T store. They had NO PROBLEM with the SIM card swap and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I will not go back to this store.

This store is an agent reseller for AT&T Wireless, not an actual corporate store. I went in there to buy a specific non-data GoPhone plan for my daughter using my old iPhone and they refused to sell it to me and insisted I needed the top of the line plan since it is in iPhone. I had already called AT&T and they had confirmed that the plan was adequate for the iPhone, but the sales guy would hear none of it. I had to leave and go to the AT&T corporate store at Parker and Arapahoe and they took care of me quickly and easily. Bottom line, dont bother with these jokers, they are incompetent and rude. Save the hassle and go across town to the corporate store.

The AT&T stores Im used to have always been great. I went to this one for the first time yesterday. The three sales boys made fun of me immediately for using a Windows phone. They fully harassed me thinking I would change based on the opinion of a phone sales person. I am a Window-based developer and I make more hourly than the three sales people combined. Why do they thing they have influence and why do they pressure you to do what they want to do, instead of just listening and helping without attitude?Terrible customer service, I will never visit this location again.

The AT&T Parker store is by far the best ones Ive been to in Colorado. And I have been to a good amount. The staff is always so welcoming every time I walk through the door. I have never have a bad experience and assume that I never will. The staff has always answered any questions I have had and has ALWAYS taken great care of me and my family. I dont think I will ever consider going to another AT&T store. I would highly recommend either Paul, JP, and or Daniel for any assistance.

Jay and Ryan are great employees. I have a massive family plan with my kids, my husband and parents all on one account. Every time we need service or tech support, they are always willing to assist. I have been to several other locations in the Denver area and this one is my favorite. We drive from Castle Rock to come to this location. Never a bad experience with the staff at this store.

The people here are so friendly and willing to help! I just got a new phone here and was habing problems transferring from my old service. They helped out where they could and also got two other people on our plan switched over with new phones. The whole experience was great and it would be my first stop next time I need anything phone related

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and was helped by Ryan. Courteous, efficient, attentive, and even funny. He was patient with questions, and the other guys there pitched in to help when they didnt have other customers. Had to flow up with a phone call to AT&T, and that service was great, too. Overall great experience!

The entire staff at this location is so amazing! Tyler Cron was my main person today and he is so personable. I would recommend anyone wanting AT&T or Directv service to visit these guys. They will really take the time to uncover your needs. 5 stars for sure!!!
