The people at the Parker CO Sprint store are awesome. We live out in the country and dont get very good cell phone service. We were on Verizon for years and the service was poor. We eventually decided to try to get better service. We switched to sprint with 5 phones and a mobile broadband hotspot. The phones had better service but the hot spot was unreliable so we decided to try AT&T. The AT&T phones did not work at all out where we live so we wound up switching back to Sprint. Zaynah did an excellent job of assisting us all the way through the stressfull process of switching 5 phones 3 times and Inhae was also a great help. Thanks to you ladies we are now in good shape. I would recommend this Store and its people to everyone.

This Sprint Store is an independent franchise CCT Wireless. It looks just like any of Sprints company owned stores. I have visited the store several times over the last year and have found the representatives always helpful and very knowledgable. I usually visit the store to get technical support or get updates on the latest plans and upgrade information on my HTC phone. Later this month I will be adding my wife to my Sprint plan and we will visit Hamed N. at the store and get my wife a new iPhone 5C. Sprint has a great incentive program in place currently for porting over customers from other carriers; $100 credit for new customers getting an iPhone 5C. That means my wife will get a new iPhone for no cost. Cool.

Zaynah Maaliki should pretty much just run all of Sprint. Except that if she did, I would be sad to lose her as a local rep. Being a Sprint customer for over 10 (12? more?) years means that Ive woven a complex history of lots of different phones, plans, users, upgrades and the like. Im getting too old to try and figure out how to navigate my changing needs and plans with the phone reps. Zaynah understands what Im trying to ask and figures out the best options for what I need. I find her to be articulate, whip smart and with a memory like a computer. Shes a huge asset to this location and the customers that are fortunate enough to work with her!

A great store full of young and vibrant team that can troubleshoot anything you need. I came twice for different reasons and was taken care of by the same person, so I didnt have to explain myself too much. Zaynah in customer service and sales appeared like an angel and was awesome, and Inhae next to her cared for others and when she was done she came to take some load of work for my care. I went in smiling and got out of the store smiling. I waited 5 min and saw how the other customer service guys making all efforts, not in a cheesy way, but naturally doing their job with integrity and community. Great job guys and thank you!

I purchased a phone charger from them over a year ago, it seemed a little over priced but the salesman told me it had a lifetime warranty. It broke over the weekend and when I went there today to exchange it I was told they never offered a lifetime warranty . When I complained, and assured the manager I wasnt making up a story to try and get over on them I was given some cheap charger that she wasnt even sure worked. Lesson learned, never believe a salesman, Dario C, if its not in writing its a lie.

The staff at the store is wonderful they went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure me and my family were taken care of. The manager drove to two different stores to pick up phones for me and my family. Hamed was Great! I recommend this particular Sprint store over any of the local stores. They go above and beyond. Can you hear that?

Thomas went above and beyond to help me switch from Verizon to Sprint and transition into a new phone. If Thomas isnt there, everyone else is super helpful as well. He made it totally stress free, I will be using this Sprint store for all my needs. I am so impressed that my relatives will be switching their service at this store as well.

Friendly staff but very overworked, we waited over 20 minutes TO BE GREETED. Also didnt have the phone we wanted to purchase in there inventory even though they had a display model. Slightly older phone not a brand new release flagship. Was told to go to a competitor by an employee. At least thats honest and they tried to help us.

Friendly service staff, and reasonable rates for unlimited service. The Sprint voice service is blotchy in and out ( sounds like your in a tin can then you or the other party only hears every other word, this happens on every call and the longer your on the worse it gets.) I give the store 4 1/2 stars and the voice service 2 stars.

The main Sprint customer service number told us that we could turn in our phone at this location. We waited 40 minutes only for the store to say we had to wait for an envelope to be mailed to us. It would have been helpful for them to ask us what we needed when we got there and quickly sent us on our way.

A big Thanks to Ron and the staff at the Parker Sprint store. They worked long and hard to get my daughters phone transferred over from Virgin Mobile. They were great to work with and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They were always busy, but their customer service was unbelievable!!

We sat for an hour before even being acknowledged. Then we were told that they do not handle issues with defective Sprint phones. It would be nice if they at least put up a sign stating this, since where we purchased our phones we were told to bring them in to any Sprint store if we had any issues.

Dario the manager has built an awesome team. They are very knowledgeable and work as a team to overcome issues. At first, I was reluctant to move from Verizon but they saved me a TON of money and got me 4 new phones with their suggestions and advise. I highly recommend this store.

While the sales associates here are nice if youre looking to purchase a phone, they really cant help much with service issues. Head over to one of the corporate locations. The one off Parker and Arapahoe should be able to help.
