Alexiz was horrible. He was very rude and knew very little information. I was trying to buy the brand new iPhone and trying to add on a line and I was willing to wait for the back order iPhone. But it looked like they just wanted me out of there. The store also reeked of marijuana and his eyes were very red. I have been with sprint for a very long time and never experienced anything like this. If youre looking for good customer service from sprint go to their corporate locations not this retail location. Horrible experience.

I went to go get some phones from today and all the sales personal were great but a young gentlemen named Alexiz. Let me just start by saying that he was the best. He explained everything really good and was on top of everything to make my bill the cheapest I could get it for. So if you ever plan on visiting this store ask for him he will get it done. If i could rate him 10 stars i would.

I went into the Sprint store to switch from T-Mobile, and I spoke to a young man named Alexiz. He was very knowledgeable about the deals that Sprint has, he was able to break down the differences for me. He gave me and my family an amazing deal on our iPhone 7s! This is the man to see if you stop in!

Such a friendly environment. Was greeted by everyone in the store. The representative that helped me out, "Rafael" was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has such great customer service! Would definitely recommend this location to everyone.
