8:22pm: This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. 1 week ago my boyfriend opened an account with 2 lines, both iPhones. One of the phones was faulty, so we brought it back to exchange it. Still had the recipet and accessories, but no box for the phone. After 45 mins of arguing, they refused to take it back. Nowhere in the recipt did it say in order to exchange it they needed it in the box and we werent informed of that when we opened the account. So we decided to swap the lines so my # is on the working phone and purchase a whole new phone with his #. Currently still here, with a VERY unprofessional employee literally smirking and being snarky at our frustration. Its 8:23pm and weve been here for 2 hours. Meanwhile, hes been taking personal calls, and blowing us off. David Rodriguez. Weve asked for his district managers number and he wouldnt get him on the phone for us. Im writing this as a "live" update. 8:30pm: He has misunderstood and cancelled one of the lines, thinking we wanted new ones. So now we have to get a new #. 9:12pm: Now theres a computer glitch preventing him from seeing the new phone. Keep in mind, other customers have come and gone. And he spent 1 whole hour helping a family open an account. They just left. 10:04pm: Went home to check on my dog. Boyfriend stayed behind. Just came back. Zero progress. Cant make this up. 10:28pm: Finally talked to the district manager and David is trying to sort it out. The problem was that it was treated as a return and not an exchange. 10:54pm: Being charged fees. 11:06pm: FINALLY DONE

So let me start by saying that Ive been going to this location for about four years. Its went through many employees and management. I never really cared for the people that worked there in the past, but this set of employees is by far my favorite! I needed to get a new phone and last week as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by all three employees; one being the manager Shelby Acosta. The woman I worked with was a sweetheart and the other employee was very helpful as well. I went back in to get a new screen protector because the other one I got wasnt working properly. Needless to say, Shelby and her employees had amazing customer service and I feel comfortable going back in whenever I need anything.

If i could review with no stars i would, this place is only "authorized" to sell sprint, to be perfectly clear, this means these people do not know what they are doing, i spent 3 hours trying to get my new phone to work that i bought from amazon, they were very unhelpful and told me to get on the phone with sprint to try and trouble shoot my phone, when i was in the sprint store! After much run around, the Expert sprint tech told me that i need to find a corporate store to get a valid sim card for my phone, i went to a coporate sprint store and i was in and out in 20 min, please do not waste your precious time here, just find a corporate store and save your time

WARNING THIS PLACE WILL ATTEMPT TO RIP YOU OFF!!! They are only concerned about how much commission they make. Worked with the manager Shelby (who I see has given her store a 5 star review on here hmmm) and she outright lied about how much money I needed for a down payment. She quoted me $300 higher then what I was required to pay and then tried to lie again claiming that is I bought accessories she would get the amount lowered. Luckily I already talked to their customer service about what I needed to pay for a down payment or otherwise I would have spent way more money then needed. Went to Bel-Mar instead where they dont lie to get your business.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had a Sprint store. The employees are incredibly rude and refuse to assist you, even when requesting a service that other Sprint stores have had no problem doing countless times in the past. I simple request to activate a phone prompted the response, "The other Sprint stores are just breaking the rules and you are welcome to go back and have them do it." Professionalism at its finest.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and demonstrated professional excellence by merits of their knowledgeable phone and services recommendation. The store manager accommodated my customer service needs and delivered a plan that fared better than other competing plans.
